We stayed the weekend of March 22-25, 2024. We liked the location of this hotel, and the price/breakfast/refrigerator in room/pool were just what we needed. However, we had many issues during our visit. Over our 3 night stay, our room was not cleaned/beds not made, towels were not refreshed, and trash was not emptied. No attempt, that we know of, was made to clean the room. Also, we rented an electric vehicle since there was a charging device on property. The parking spot was always blocked with gas vehicles, and when we finally got an opportunity to charge the vehicle on Sunday, we were told that there was no manager available all weekend, and the manager had the key to the charging station. There was no attempt to try to make it right or get the key for the device to the property. In addition, the elevators were only working off and on. The breakfast was good, and the staff did the best they could with keeping up, but we were disappointed there was no cold water option (no ice for the room temp water in the jug), other than buying it for 2.50 a bottle. Very disappointed with our stay and no attempt to make the charging issue right.

The room was dirty, there was ants, other bugs and possibly bed bugs. I was itchy. They did not answer the phone, room service did not clean my room or make beds. They never provided body wash. I had to bathe with shampoo. Worst experience ever

Everything was fine. The hotel was close to the airport. The breakfast was very good. It is cheaper to fly into Fort Lauderdale than Miami but our Cruise was out of Miami so a shuttle to the port in Miami would be helpful. The big shuttle places charge a lot and a convenient cheaper shuttle would be inviting.

Airport shuttle service was a disaster. Incident happened between 9:00 and 10:00pm. Waited for almost an hour during which time numerous calls to the front desk were either not answered or put on indefinite hold. That alone is enough to make me reconsider any future stays.

I believe her name was Carleen who checked us in. It was very busy and she was alone at the front desk but greeted everyone with a smile. Super friendly and answered all our questions. We were exhausted and tired and she made our check in super easy eventhough another guest wasn’t so kind. She handled it like a pro. This girl deserves a raise.

The room was great really liked it very spacious and clean. Didn’t notice the outside of the property unfortunately wasn’t feeling well when we arrived. The breakfast was very good lots of choices for an all included deal. Only 2 negatives. Check in took a longtime. They said the rooms were not ready but I didn’t see why they didn’t do the paperwork while we were waiting then we could have gone right to our rooms. A different girl came on and she checked everyone in asap. I was so glad to get to my room by then. The other thing was the outside noise it was loud traffic and noise in the hotel doors banging etc. Thank goodness I had earplugs. Kiss to the airport and the shuttle was great as well. Overall I would go there again.

Very noisy outside at night, loud cars and yelling. Was hard to sleep, room was nice, A/C was loud but turned out good to help drown out noise outside. Food was ok. Juice dispenser was not working so no juice. But everything else ok.

We enjoyed our stay here. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious. The shower was big and had a rain shower which was nice. We were excited to have the complimentary breakfast but the food was disappointing. We enjoyed the waffle maker but when we got to the dining hall there was no more eggs and when we asked for more they never brought them out. The room we stayed in also had a strange smell. Otherwise, the concierge was very friendly and helpful. It was a quiet place and the location was convenient.

The bed was very comfortable, thankfully. Our flight was delayed so we were late. Started calling the front desk at 11:30pm. After calling and being disconnected 9 times, we finally had to pay for a Lyft. Even the customer Service representative at the 800 number couldn't get an answer. Upon arrival, the staff person said he was too busy helping guests away from the desk. The sign in the lobby said complimentary shuttle runs until midnight, and later for a fee. It does no good if no one answers the phone. The Lyft cost us $22.11. We finally got in our room about 1:30am.

The staff! at the front desk They were amazing! Shuttle driver/service! Convenient too. Very fast did not have to wait long at all. my room very clean & It was on the main floor. That was an extra bonus for me too. There were restaurants nearby. Great location would definitely stay again

The shuttle is very expensive and has limited run times. I probably would have stayed elsewhere if I had known, but otherwise, the hotel is a solid 3-star property. It has an outdoor pool on the 3rd floor and a very limited fitness center but the rooms were clean and the decor was modern and comfortable, staff is reasonably friendly and accomodating. With a car this is a good location but if walking, its roughly a 1 mile walk to the farmers market, other restaurants and shops. There is a very close gas station, McDonalds and Dennys.
