Very run down. Have stayed in the past but not inPosted Nov 19, 2015
Was given two keys to room. After a couple of days noticed second key was for different room. So who had my key, never found by hotel staff. Cleaning staff terrible.

Great price for location to beachPosted Sep 22, 2015
Great location, great price, good parking, friendly staff, well kept property, needs some repairs here and there, overall a nice stay. Rooms were clean and linens fresh. Nicely maintained pools and hot tub areas.

Location is good. Just a lot of older guys.Posted Aug 27, 2015
It was my first time at a "gay" resort. The room and bathroom definitely need an update. Hotel has 2 pools so that was nice if you like that. The crowd was mostly guy over 50,some well over that. Overall i'd say that's a slightly below average hotel. Front desk guy was very nice and friendly.

Don't waste your time...1 Star at best!!!Posted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: The location near the beach is the only plus.
Hotel is extremely dated and needs a lot of updating. Not sure how it got 3 stars. Bed was very uncomfortable. Glad we only stayed one night.

Elysium- The melting pot lfor World TravelersPosted Aug 23, 2015 on Hotels
The hotel is situated only a couple blocks from the beach. The continental breakfast was pretty good with a wide variety of cereals and danishes. What makes your stay special is that it draws a diverse crowd from both Europe and South America. Our stay was for 10 days and while there we met people from Belgium, Germany, Russia, Argentina, Brasil, Peru and Ecuador. The one draw back is that there is high rise construction going on in the neighborhood. So if you want to relax by the pool the background noise can disturb you. The price of the stay is great versus some of the higher end lodgings in the area. Centrally located within 5 miles of Wilton Manor and many nice restaurants makes the Elysium a great value. Both Keith and Chun work the lobby and go the extra yard to make you feel welcome and special
