Very nice hotelPosted Nov 26, 2015
Pros: Large room, friendly staff
Cons: A free shuttle to and from the airport would be nice considering all the people who are in and out of Ft. Lauderdale for cruises.
Location: Don't know as we were only there one night to rest up.
We checked in after taking a cruise. We wanted to rest up before flying home. The check-in process was a breeze. The room was older but very nice all the same. Excellent free breakfast.

Close to the cruise terminal.Posted Nov 22, 2015
Pros: Nice rooms and very pleasant inside.
Location: I have been to Ft. Lauderdale so many times I don't go there to just look around.
OK experience except for the fact that my print out before I arrived showed Valet serice, in and out, for $20 and they wanted $30 and then said $25. Finally, they copied my e-mail and agreed but still made the increased charge and then said they credited my account but it still looks like I paid an additional $5 on top of the parking fee as a credit should show ( Nice rooms) and it did not show that. I will wait an see when my bill comes in from the card company.

Excellent staff to help. They stand by you.Posted Nov 12, 2015
Pros: The staff and the most beautiful atrium I have ever seen, serene and wonderful.
Cons: The room cleanliness, lots of dust and we had a surprise when we walked in our room. But the staff did great with remedy.
Location: Excellent location. Just a dollar to catch the bus from the supermarket.
Wow, Amy who works in the restaurant is amazing, people person, loves people. You are blessed to have her in your business. And both managers Nicole and Alicia helped us with a complaint and they made it better. Superb. We will definitely go back there again. They stand by their logo.

A GREAT place for a pre cruise stayPosted Nov 4, 2015
Pros: The location can't be beat. The breakfast and happy hour are tops
Cons: The bed was too soft for me.
Location: Best location! So many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance
I really like this hotel. The front desk person made check in a breeze. We had a room on the 6th floor. It could use a little updating, but was big and CLEAN! There is a flat screen TV in both the living room and bedroom. A nice touch. Don't miss the nightly happy hour, Free drinks and snacks.. Breakfast was outstanding to as you can get cooked to order eggs and omelets. The location of this hotel simply cannot be beat, as there is shopping and restaurants galore within easy walking distance. This property is a little pricey, but well worth it!

Nice Pre-Cruise HotelPosted Nov 1, 2015
The hotel picked us up from the airport and they arrived very quickly. We also used their shuttle to the cruise port and this also worked fine. This hotel is very convenient to restaurants and shopping that cruisers may need and they provide a full and extensive breakfast buffet that is included in room price. We really enjoyed this. We also had a room on a higher floor facing the cruise port and had a good view of cruise ships. I will say that due to high traffic, hotel is showing a little wear and tear, however nothing that detracted from our stay. Service was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The staff were always courteous and helpful.
Cons: the hotel was perfect for me - cant think what more could be added
Location: I was joining a cruise - and not really interested in beaches. The hotel in my view is perfectly placed for this type of clientele.
I was very impressed with the informal atmosphere in a hotel so pleasant in every aspect
