Get what you pay for I guess.

Pros: Proximity to place I need to work.
Shower curtain for closet door. Kitchen available but no glasses, plates or anything else in room - have to call desk if needed and then takes forever to get. Walls are paperthin - heard more in the room next door than I ever cared to.

Nasty

Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: Everything.
Location: Stay at any other hotel than this one.
Room was filthy. Upon entering, shoes made smacking noises, sticking to the floor. Gooey dirt in corners of the floor. Strange stink pervaded, so immediately opened the windows. One plus, the two windows opened. Checked for bedbugs, didn't find any, but found curly black hairs in the sheets and could see the bedclothes had not been changed since body impressions remained in the bed sheets. Knew within one minute this would not do. Immediately got on the phone and found a room at the Renaissance across the street for cheaper, and three stars better. Would never set foot in this place again. Staff was too young and inexperienced to understand our dissatisfaction. Although they were compliant with our leaving, it was obvious they didn't understand why we didn't like the room.

Functional but overpriced ... poorly designed room

Pros: Location, friendly staff
Cons: Glasses, even the cheap wrapped plastic glasses, would be better than nothing
Location: Location is the only real plus for this property
Functional. Good location for cruise passengers. Overpriced for what you get.

Convenient stay before going on a cruise.

Pros: Convenient location to the cruise port. Friendly staff.
Cons: Pillows were not the greatest.
From the fella who picked us up at the airport to our dealings with front desk staff, our experiences were very good. There was a good restaurant close by if you wanted more than a continental breakfast & there was a great Italian restaurant next door that we went to for dinner. Our only complaint was that we didn't find the pillows very comfortable. We would certainly think of staying here again.

Not worth the price

A bit dingy, and nothing like a Residence Inn or Homewood Suites (which I stay in frequently for basically the same price). They do not have kitchenware in the room for you, it is an added charge, so if you're interested in this hotel for the kitchenette, there are many other better options in the area. Room was tidy, but didn't feel comfortable, it felt a bit... I don't know... Soggy? Air conditioner worked fine to keep the room at a good temperature, but didn't do a good job of dehumidifying. The bed was VERY firm. I prefer a firm mattress, but this one made me think I was Fred Flintstone. Staff was nice and friendly, and the area within walking distance is full of excellent food options regardless of time of day. Overall, not bad, but this hotel isn't saving anyone any money, so the next time I'm in Fort Lauderdale, I will be choosing a different hotel.

felt unsafe in the hotel

Pros: the location to where i needed to be.
Cons: the bed could be more comfortable.
Location: shops nearby but i felt unsafe leaving the hotel.
i stayed for two nights in the hotel and it was a good location for where i needed to be but i didn't feel very safe here. there was a few homeless people wandering about the entrance to the hotel and it made me not want to leave the hotel alone. i also found the hotel walls very thin and as i tried to sleep each night i could hear banging and loud noises next to me in other rooms. also could smell food through the walls.
