Room was filthy. Upon entering, shoes made smacking noises, sticking to the floor. Gooey dirt in corners of the floor. Strange stink pervaded, so immediately opened the windows. One plus, the two windows opened. Checked for bedbugs, didn't find any, but found curly black hairs in the sheets and could see the bedclothes had not been changed since body impressions remained in the bed sheets. Knew within one minute this would not do. Immediately got on the phone and found a room at the Renaissance across the street for cheaper, and three stars better. Would never set foot in this place again. Staff was too young and inexperienced to understand our dissatisfaction. Although they were compliant with our leaving, it was obvious they didn't understand why we didn't like the room.
