It was adequate and clean and met our needs

Pros: personnel was friendly and informative
Cons: Ice machine in the building would be helpful.
Location: We were not familiar with the area but had a relative drive us to where we had to go. We did not need anything in the area but to visit a relative.
We were comfortable and had a decent night's sleep and clean facility for our unexpected need to visit a relative.

nice hotel

We only stayed one night but we will stay again in our next trip to Fort lauderale The bed was great. Everything was clean and the staff was awesome.

Front desk people were rude. They tried forcing me to check out a day early. Then snatched my phone out of my hand to prove that I had the room for 2 nights. Bed bug infested. I asked for my money back when I walked in to go somewhere else they refused. They don't have continental breakfast. It's just coffee until 9:30 am. And that hotel shuttle you have to pay for and only runs at certain times.

Standard no frills and budget friendly

I had to stay here for one night and the price is right. It's definitely not a 5 star hotel but gets the job done. I like that they have easy parking that is free. They have a kitchenette if you are wanting to save some money on eating out. It looks like the room was remodeled recently. I would stay here again if I was looking for a budget friendly option without the frills.

Disgusting!

Cons: Everything
Room was not guaranteed even though it was prepaid. Shower didn't work. A/C was off so room was very hot when we arrived. Duct tape was holding the curtains together.

Great location, good price

Close to cruise port and water taxi. Free airport shuttle on departure. Dominick great shuttle driver and local information guide.

Convenient location near the airport and cruises.

Very cordial staff. Shuttle from airport and to cruise port was perfect. Driver was so upbeat and fun.

Cruiseport

The hotel is in a good location. It is close to restaurants and stores and very close to the Fort Lauderdale Cruise Port

Tired, dirty, old hotel with poorly trained staff

Cons: Truthful statements on website, i.e. "Airport shuttle only available...." Train staff properly. Update rooms.
Location: Close to Ft. Lauderdale airport.
Hotel's website states "airport shuttle." Called upon arrival at FLL only to be told shuttle doesn't run after 4 pm! Checkin took FOREVER - long line and untrained desk gal. She had no clue how to handle a problem with guest locked out of his room due to a corporate credit card issue. The guy kindly offered to step aside so other guests could be helped. We went to dinner and came back to find him STILL waiting. The room is in bad need of updating and the carpet was so nasty I kept my shoes on. Plus, there was hair on sink, counter and toilet seat (not my color!) "Breakfast" consisted of a cabinet with packaged baked goods - we declined. Requested shuttle the next morning and were told it doesn't start until later. The money we spent on cab fare would have covered upgrading to a nicer hotel!
