Convenient location near the airport and cruises.

Very cordial staff. Shuttle from airport and to cruise port was perfect. Driver was so upbeat and fun.

Cruiseport

Pros: Location
The hotel is in a good location. It is close to restaurants and stores and very close to the Fort Lauderdale Cruise Port

Tired, dirty, old hotel with poorly trained staff

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Truthful statements on website, i.e. "Airport shuttle only available...." Train staff properly. Update rooms.
Location: Close to Ft. Lauderdale airport.
Hotel's website states "airport shuttle." Called upon arrival at FLL only to be told shuttle doesn't run after 4 pm! Checkin took FOREVER - long line and untrained desk gal. She had no clue how to handle a problem with guest locked out of his room due to a corporate credit card issue. The guy kindly offered to step aside so other guests could be helped. We went to dinner and came back to find him STILL waiting. The room is in bad need of updating and the carpet was so nasty I kept my shoes on. Plus, there was hair on sink, counter and toilet seat (not my color!) "Breakfast" consisted of a cabinet with packaged baked goods - we declined. Requested shuttle the next morning and were told it doesn't start until later. The money we spent on cab fare would have covered upgrading to a nicer hotel!

This is a extended stay hotel, there are no frills

Cons: The internet service , they could add a little fruit to the breakfest and the coffee is weak.
Location: iF you are looking for a cheap place to stay and you have to work at the convention center , for a given length of time this would be a good place.
The internet is not the best the only place you can connect is near the front desk, ITS a basic HOTEL MOTEL? The coffee and granola bar in the am is FREE?? ITS a no frills hotel. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are clean its a cheap place to stay . But it is within walking distance to the convention center and they do have a couple of nice places to eat nearby, and starbucks across the street. you can bike to the beach and back it is off the strip so quiet at least.

Older, but nice hotel near cruiseport.

It's an older hotel, but it's fine for a night or two. The staff is very nice and our shuttles from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the cruise port were great.

Good hotel, convenient location, great staff

Pros: Location, kitchen facilities, friendly staff, parking access
Cons: The breakfast
I have stayed here quite a number of times. The location is convenient and having a kitchen makes a longer stay for work so much more convenient. The staff here, especially the girls at the front desk are especially helpful and friendly. I recommend staying here.

Get what you pay for I guess.

Pros: Proximity to place I need to work.
Shower curtain for closet door. Kitchen available but no glasses, plates or anything else in room - have to call desk if needed and then takes forever to get. Walls are paperthin - heard more in the room next door than I ever cared to.

Nasty

Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: Everything.
Location: Stay at any other hotel than this one.
Room was filthy. Upon entering, shoes made smacking noises, sticking to the floor. Gooey dirt in corners of the floor. Strange stink pervaded, so immediately opened the windows. One plus, the two windows opened. Checked for bedbugs, didn't find any, but found curly black hairs in the sheets and could see the bedclothes had not been changed since body impressions remained in the bed sheets. Knew within one minute this would not do. Immediately got on the phone and found a room at the Renaissance across the street for cheaper, and three stars better. Would never set foot in this place again. Staff was too young and inexperienced to understand our dissatisfaction. Although they were compliant with our leaving, it was obvious they didn't understand why we didn't like the room.

Functional but overpriced ... poorly designed room

Cons: Glasses, even the cheap wrapped plastic glasses, would be better than nothing
Location: Location is the only real plus for this property
Functional. Good location for cruise passengers. Overpriced for what you get.
