Everything was fine but the poor cleaning in the room. I can say that a person with a dog stay in my room before me because it was dog hair everywhere and the shower was nasty.

Dead roaches in bathroom. You have to “request” dishes—not even a drinking cup. And “free breakfast” consists of “grab and go” items which were cleaned out within minutes. Some packaged muffins and yogurts. Had instant hot cereals, but since there are no dishes in your room, well…. For the huge price they asked, this was way overrated. Would not stay here again.

Old property, my AC unit made the room smell absolutely awful, like something died in the unit. The water pressure in the shower was non existent. Also some sketchy people wondering around inside. Had a bloodied face man try to get into my room as I was coming out. He was very confused (yet nice) and appeared to be hurt and very distraught. I asked if needed help and he moved along and tried to enter other rooms. Although the staff was fine and location were above average, one ould not recommend this place.

The price was high. I do understand that this is dependent on offer & demand, but if the hotel has been selling the rooms at this rate for over 2 years now, CONDITIONS in general could improve. Some Hostels and motels have nicer lobbies, more welcoming, better conditions, cleaner etc.

First the good...location very close to Port Everglades for cruise depatures...but, the hotel is expensive, has a below average breakfast, has no ground floor rooms and the end rooms near 17th st are noisy with traffic sounds late into the night and again in the morning.

This room was disgusting. The beds and kitchenette had rust all over it. No water pressure, could not completely rinse out shampoo/conditioner. Air conditioning unit had bugs crawling in it! This hotel was grossly overrated. I'm furious how much they charged for a room.

Horrible experience
First and last time that I’ll ever stay there. Parking lot was flooded, towels had holes in them. Bed was so uncomfortable cannot sleep. Musky inside limited cover parking floors felt dirty shower was not clean.

Overpaid for Motel 6 level property. Loitering on property by parked cars resulting in unsafe feeling. Had to change rooms due to smoke smell in non smoking room. Minimal amenities including no blow dryer. No recommended. Other bad reviews are responded too, but management does not care about level of service or quality. Will never stay at extended stay again. Did not use extended parking for cruise do to loitering which is why I booked

Upon arriving, the entryway had a very noxious smell. I went to check in and they said even though I had a reservation they were fully booked and asked if I would mind taking a double room at no additional price. I didn't care and said fine. When I got to my room, the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by the wires, the bedside plug had no plate on it and the toilet seat was broken. The room was clean, but the cleanser they used was strong and left the room smelling of cleanser. I tried opening a window to air it out and the window wouldn't stay open. It just slammed shut again. I was tired and just went to bed. At checkout I mentioned these things and was told that that room was never supposed to be rented. I paid good money for it and am furious that I was put in a room that they knew should not be rented. Never again will I stay in one of your hotels. I should get a full refund for that!
