This hotel is more of a visiting workers hotel..

Pros: The room was clean and well kept
Cons: I think I already covered those items.
Location: The location is close by the I95, A large movie theater and a few restaurants.
I arrived somewhat late due to a late flight. Trying to get the attention of the individual on duty was not the easiest thing to do. I asked the person who was not only trying to do the properties laundry, but, provide customer assistance for dishes and other assorted items associated with an extended hotel and was told that they didnt have any more bins to carry the items in.. thus indicating that it was an inconvenience to him to even take the time to provide me a few dishes, silverware and glasses for which he said they didn't have any more. As you can imagine it already being late and my having a long travel day.. I was not happy.

Nice hotel easy access to shopping area

Just Ok

Pros: We had a bad storm one night and the pool got filled with debris. The next day they jumped on having it cleaned.
Cons: Check in Staff. Pest control. Clean well when you do clean.
Location: Fat belly sandwich co across the intersection was amazing. Within a mile of several restaurants and grocery store.
Hotel staff on check in was disappointing. Didnt care to be there and it was obvious - Needs work You dont have to clean rooms everyday like a hotel to be clean. There was someone elses trash under the edge of my bed visible from the couch. Pest control is also an issue. On the bright side coffee was drinkable and it was close to my job. It is nice to have a couch and small table to sit at in the kitchenette. This place could be great if it were managed better.

Was not impressed with room cleanliness. Many hairs on sheets and pillow cases. Did not want to take my shoes off. Carpets needed better vaccuming. The front desk had no idea of anything in the surrounding area.

Awful place

Pros: The staff were polite.
Cons: Everything needs to be improved!
As soon as you walk into the lobby you notice the bad smell. The room had also a bad odor. The hallway carpets were not clean. The carpet in the room was stained, dirty and smelly. One of the air conditioning units in the room did not work. The digital TV had only an analog signal so the picture was fuzzy. Breakfast consisted of granola bars and coffee. There were cigarette burns on the vinyl floor in the bathroom. The locks on the metal door had been changed so there were holes in the door where the old locks were located. The door was also damaged. This place needs to be renovated from top to bottom. I recommend finding another place to stay.

1st time staying at location room had polish smell, ac going on and off to soon, room hot due to curtains blowing over ac unit while ac on, bathroom stall making loud noise after flush! Mention to front desk some concern with my stay when ask!

Great location nice and quiet

On checking in at about 6pm met only one person working at the desk and a few people ahead of me so it was rather time consuming. Also noticed the front desk appeared to be under renovations which was an eye sore. The room itself had noticable stains over the carpet and during the night I found a couple of roaches crawling around the first night. Overall the room was fairly clean and the few staff members that I did have contact with were great ...shout out to Stacy at the front desk....
