Could be cleaner.

Could have been cleaner. Elevator floor was dirty and in need of being mopped all week. Chicken wing bones on ledges in the hallway. Glass bottles greeted my son and I in the elevator twice. Beds were never made.

You get what you pay for. Waiting to check in, and what appear to be 2 prostitutes are in line behind us to check in, clearly carrying no luggage and speaking of the times they had "friends" coming to meet them. Check in time was over 10 minutes as the desk clerk was very slow with a computer. Once in the room, it smelled of mold/musty very bad, with lots of staining in the carpet throughout. The pillows on the bed were flat as paper, and the top blanket and cover had clearly not been changed in quite some time. Will definitely not be back to this Motel ever again.

Good for one nights stay

I can tell they try to keep up with the hotel maintance but it's just lacking in comfort. The walls are paper thin and the bed is like sleeping on a rock. Everything was clean and the studio has everything you could need, I just wasn't impressed with what I got verses how much I spent.

Home away from Home

Had the experience of feeling at home even though I wasn't. Everything was great although the kids was a little dissapointed because the pool was closed after a couple of days.

Nice hotel, nice room

This hotel is a great value, with great use of space in the room with the kitchenette. Will definitely stay here again for work.

No room service during stay.

I had to swap my own towels and sheets daily. There was no ice machine nowhere in the hotel, just ice trays in the freezer.

We have been using this location for years. Our crews have been confortable and well taken care of. We will continue to utilize the Cypress Creek location. Staff has always been very kind and accomidating too.

This hotel is more of a visiting workers hotel..

Pros: The room was clean and well kept
Cons: I think I already covered those items.
Location: The location is close by the I95, A large movie theater and a few restaurants.
I arrived somewhat late due to a late flight. Trying to get the attention of the individual on duty was not the easiest thing to do. I asked the person who was not only trying to do the properties laundry, but, provide customer assistance for dishes and other assorted items associated with an extended hotel and was told that they didnt have any more bins to carry the items in.. thus indicating that it was an inconvenience to him to even take the time to provide me a few dishes, silverware and glasses for which he said they didn't have any more. As you can imagine it already being late and my having a long travel day.. I was not happy.
