Not a good breakfast. Seems understaffed and not very attentive. Room quality is inconsistent at best.

Not a place for vacation

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 days. If you get kicked out of your house and need a place to stay while you are looking for another place this might be something to consider. If you are looking for a nice place for vacation and to spend some good time THIS is not your ideal place. The place is not very clean and smells bad. The staff is not friendly. Too expensive also for the service and the facility. Better go next time to real hotel.

Not clean

Pleasantly Surprised

I was looking for an affordable, clean, and comfortable place to stay while visiting. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well appointed the room was. It contained all the amenities I needed for my four day stay. The Grab n' Go breakfast was just right to start my day with coffee and some fruit. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rates were by far the best I found in this beach area. Their website accurately depicted the hotel and rooms.

Unless you have no other choice!

This is the place to go if you want to see cockroaches in room, blood on bed sheet, hair on towls, stains on chairs… What's more, if you are locked in the pool area for half an hour and the key card doesn't work, don't complain to the front desk, because it's your fault not to read that pool opens until 9:00pm.

Nice but housekeeping don't turn all found items

The stay was nice. The only problem I encountered twice is that the house keepers don't turn in the items that you miss and leave in the room. Paid 69 dollars for a top and left it on the bed in the blanket. Checked out this morning and called back this evening and nothing was found they said. Will have my advisor contact the Manager there tomorrow because something has to be done.

Peaceful and clean

We came from New Jersery and I was skeptical to book online because of the reviews I saw. However, I booked it a d we all loved it. I loved everything. The only thing I think they should put bigger trash cans in the kitchen area. Other then that, it was great. Very friendly. Kayla at the frony desk was very friendly and informative.
