A hotel next to the freeway.

Pros: Nothing to get me to return.
Cons: Cleaning and maintenance could be improved. Some seating outside would be nice.
Location: Only things nearby are a dirty 7-11 about 3 blocks away and Cracker Barrel next door.
One ceiling light kept flickering on and off. Taking a bath I could see they didn't clean under the toilet rim. It took multi attempts to get the locks to work. Drug dealers cruise the parking lot. AC didn't work very well and the last 2 days didn't work at all. Small beds

Pros: the location was great
Cons: the room smell and the the toilet
Location: beach about 10min and shopping stores was close to the area as well as I95
I think the restroom need a toilet that is not for children. When you are tall you do not want to have a small toilet because it is to low to the floor. The toilet need to be clean underneath the rim. It is gain green and looks like the housekeeping clean the outside & inside but not under the rim. The room smell funny like wet paint.

Basic accommodations, close to major highways.

Cons: Improvements are underway.
Location: Close to I-95 to go north/south, Sawgrass Xway for west/south travel. Cracker Barrel adjacent, gas station at the corner, Publix & drugstore nearby
Located almost adjacent to I-95 and the Sawgrass X'way, convenient for Broward and southern Palm Beach County destinations. "Breakfast included" is coffee and packaged pastries - called "Grab and Go". No hot or fresh food here but adjacent to good restaurant. In the hallways you can tell what's cooking because these units have small complete kitchens. Kitchen is a two burner stove top, microwave and full size fridge/freezer. Regular rooms have good counter space; not much in handicap accessible rooms (which are a little worn but clean). Coffee pot, toaster, dishes, pots, utensils not in the room - available without extra charge at the front desk. Ask for coffee packs No maid service - soiled towels, etc. can be exchanged at the front desk any time. Upgrades are in progress. Kitchen cabinet doors are being replaced in all units, as well as counter tops. Other improvements are planned. On a personal note, my eight days here during late June 2017 were comfortable. Staff was accommodating and pleasant. Not what was expected, but adequate. I would recommend ESA to those who do not require upscale accommodations or service.

Did not get the room I paid for, no utensils in room, room smelled bad and toilet had issues

It's filthy

It's filthy and smells awful. There were two buns outside that looked like they were waiting for a drug deal to happen

Love this place well I used to.

I stay here all the time used to be great last few times issue with the rooms. Fridge don't work couple times, leak in bathroom, clogged toilets etc. Management has been great about it but I will be staying elsewhere from now on. Very disappointed.

Toilet didn't work. Room was filthy. Staff was nice.
