It's filthy

It's filthy and smells awful. There were two buns outside that looked like they were waiting for a drug deal to happen

Love this place well I used to.

I stay here all the time used to be great last few times issue with the rooms. Fridge don't work couple times, leak in bathroom, clogged toilets etc. Management has been great about it but I will be staying elsewhere from now on. Very disappointed.

Toilet didn't work. Room was filthy. Staff was nice.

Mixed Feelings

The hotel is very nice. It's best to get reservation via Expedia or some other method than at the hotel itself. I was price gouged. I thought I had made reservation for March 17 and learned when I got there I had made a mistake. Expedia worked with the hotel to cancel my reservation without charging me cancellation fee. But they got their money any way by charging virtually an extra $100 each night. My wife is in ICU at the hospital. I Air Ambulance her from St Kitts to a hospital near Fort Lauderdale, FL. I was already a mess and just needed a place to rest. So, I paid almost $500 for two nights where as the going rate was about $120 using Expedia. That's why I gave the staff a lower rating. After getting some rest, I did book additional nights with Expedia at the going rate. I don't think all of staff would have charged me that rate. Also, the heating in the room does not appear to go higher than 71 degrees. I need my heat.

Noisy next to freeway and fire dept.

Toilet broke 2x...staff came up immediately to fix which was nice.

as far as the hotel it was excellent service. On another note the other guest was not as respectful, they had loud music playing allowing the kids to run 2 am it was just really noisy.

Uncomfortable

I arrived before 9pm and doors were locked. Red flag. This place needs a facelift. Entrance, Elevator and hallways are very gloomy. Felt more like a motel than hotel. Dog owners loved it because pets are indeed welcome

Convenient to the highway for our overnight stay

The staff was very friendly and responsive. I did have to go to the lobby to get all the kitchen items but I understand it helps them to keep track of things and I was supplied everything I needed to prepare dinner. All in all, our expectations were exceeded !
