get what you pay for

The staff was friendly, but the hallways had a stale smell to them. The room itself was good but during our long weekend it was never cleaned. The breakfast bar only consisted of coffee, granola bars, instant oatmeal, and muffins. Overall it wasn't bad for the price but if in the area again I would probably see if I can find something else.

Adequate

Pros: Price
Cons: More substantial breakfast.
Breakfast consists of coffee and a basket of granola bars.When we were leaving they put out some prepackaged muffins. No place to eat close by. I guess they assume if you're staying in a place with a kitchen you have your own food. Okay clean place to stay for the night.

The carpet was so dirty you had were your shoes in the room.

Okay place to stay.

Place is okay, a few shady people are always in the parking lot at night. When they say it's a non smoking hotel room, that means cigarettes, not weed. Pretty much the only thing that I did there was sleep and shower, was busy at the beach most of the time. If you don't want to spend a fortune at the upscale places, this one is okay.

Tried taking deposit

Wasn't happy with the guy staff women staff excellent but I had me and my sisters name was on paperwork and we paid cash for deposit and they tried not giving it to her saying her name wasn't on it was a problem for almost an hr while I was at work

Very noisy dirty room

Location: Out near highway but convenient to my meeting
There were people arguing & yelling at 1 am not only 1 room but several rooms later it was noted that they are extended stay people who to me seemed like drug dealers never again will I book with you I requested a refund & was told I have to deal with Expedia. Terrible experience.

Good location but rooms need work...

Good location because close to Ft. Laud and Boca but the room was a little disappointing. Our bed was uncomfortable, the ac not very cold and our toilet stopped working. Overall it's an OK hotel. But I would spend a little more next time and be more comfortable at another hotel.

Short Stay America

Pros: Close to 95. convenient for that.
Cons: Decoration. My fridge didn't function properly, bathroom floor should made with ceramic not vinyl carpet!
Location: Excellent, and Cracker Barrel next door has a good and affordable menu. Also there is Brandsmart nearby.
was ok for only one night, but wouldn't stay longer.
