Third world comfort

Pros: Location
Cons: They need to provide the same amenities that you have in other hotels.
Location: Close to toll road, surgery center nearby.
Although we were accommodated with a early arrival, it was downhill from there. Upon entering our room, the odor was just bearable, which smelled of smoke, and other things. There were not enough towels, and had to wait for them to be brought to our room hours later. Although this was a room with a refrigerator, kitchen sink, there was no dishwasher, cups, plates, silver ware, ice trays.( however, I could have gotten the ice trays). The hotel did not have a ice maker. The wifi was so slow, that you could not use streaming devices. I would never book this again.The staff was very nice, but clearly lac supervision.

Disappointing

The room was clean. The bed was only a double, when we booked a queen, and so uncomfortable. We could hear every sound outside from other guests like they were in our room.. which kept us awake. There were no dishes in the Kitchenette and we didn't see house keeping not once in our 3 days of staying. We won't stay again as we couldn't get a good night sleep.

It is ok if you're a prostitute or crack head

The first room we checked into had a mysterious leak with brown liquid coming out of the rug. It was the grossest strangest thing ever I put towels over it to cover the spot then in the morning I told the manager. They didn't want to move us at first but when I mentioned the leak she said ok, and to write a good review. I didn't. The room itself is horrible. It's small dark and there are no channels on the TV it's very shelter like. There was people in and out of the rooms and in the parking lot all night which was a little disturbing. I was supposed to check out the next morning at 11 but I overslept and I woke up to the manager and room service in my room telling me I had to get out. I asked if I could do a late checkout and she said a late checkout would cost the price of the room for the night. As I was getting my stuff together to leave that same manager who wanted me to give her a good review the day before calls my room and asks me why I haven't left yet to which I responded well you woke me up and now I have to To get ready to go. Apparently she didn't like that response and got defensive but I was not about to argue with her over the hotel phone. On top of all that there was ants and mosquitos in the room. If you have children please try to find somewhere else to stay at.

Good Value

The room was comfortable and modern. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Unfortunately the rooms have a mild odour of cigarette smoke covered up by deodorizer. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

I can't really say much about the hotel, just used it to sleep for 3 nights and it was just fine for me, what you pay what you get, for the price it was just fine.

Facility very clean, staff very nice and helpful. Staff very nice at extending stay at the very last minute even if booked outside of corporate website. Housekeeping, you must ask for new linens and dishes etc. Overall a very good place for an awesome price with expedia.

Nice hotel, and pretty comfortable,

Pros: location to shops and restaurant!
Cons: elevators would be nice!
Location: shooping and dining!
if your looking to overnight or spend a few days to shop, great location, room comes with a mini kitchen in case you want to do a little cooking! not too far from the airport, and lot of restaurant!

Something fishy

The room was convienient and easy to book but it smelled like someone hid a fish under the carpet or something.

I would have rated this hotel higher if not for the constant odor of pot coming from the rooms. This is a non-smoking hotel, but it seems like weed isn't considered "smoking" here.
