The small 8 unit beachfront 2nd floor property is very comfortable. The address is the road behind the property because there is only pedestrian way in front. The owners / operators are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They were very helpful with restaurant recommendations in Hollywood Beach and other areas nearby. 2nd floor and There is NO elevator. Inside the unit there was a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cups, plates, bowls, utensils, corkscrew. The bathroom had a hairdryer as well as the expected beach towels, The closet had plenty of hangers and an iron. I was a bit confused because I was expecting a more traditional hotel and check in desk but their system was very efficient. There are coded boxes where room keys are stored. It works really well when there are multiple guests and one key and no need for it to be left behind or lost in the sand. The view from the courtyard deck is spectacular. They provide camp type chairs for use on the beach or else there is a hut that will rent chairs and umbrellas nearby. You don't need for a car once you get there although parking is available for $20 / night (at the time of this review) Many international restaurants are walking distance -nearby. Peruvian, Argentinian, Greek, Turkish, Tacos, Beach seafood, burgers. The clean boardwalk is full of restaurants but only a few of the cheap "beach t-shirt" spots.There is a family vibe for the beach but also a noisy music filled nightlife after dark.
