Main lobby looks decent bit the rooms and hallway are horrible. Baseboards, walls, washroom needs proper maintenance. Washroom plumbing is worst too, the toilet keep on flushing (total waste of water). Bulbs are flickering (electrical wirings?), we stayed for three nights, we moved on the second night to another room because of public noise and ac problem. The next room is worst but already fed up complaining.

There was very little space to put our clothes away. The closet was so shallow a regular hanger had to go sideways. The ironing board would jump out at you when you opened the closet door. There was no paper or pen for making notes. No glass for the bathroom.

I booked this property last minute when my family’s flights home were canceled and rebooked for the next day. The staff was wonderful and highly accommodating. The hotel was clean and perfect for an impromptu stay. Th kids loved the pool and we enjoyed walking across the road to the Gulfstream complex for a good meal and a little walking around (recommended by the hotel staff)

The hotel was extremely busy and there was only one elevator working. We stayed for four nights, and there was never anybody even working on the elevator, and it caused a lot of people to be very upset with each other. I’d have to question whether or not I stayed at a Hampton Inn again.

This property is very mid. Nice pool, but sun is completely blocked by high rise building next door, surrounding area is very Sketchy, no restaurant nearby except for steak and shake. Too crowded during morning breakfast. Don’t be mislead that this property is a 9 out of 10, it is truly a 5 or 6.

Had no problem checking in and with my stay. The breakfast as always was basic and good. I appreciated not having to pay for parking which most hotels on that area will do. Staff was nice. Would stay there again

Great hotel
We got here at 11am and were able to check in and go to our rooms. Staff is very friendly. Walkable to Gulfstream and a strip mall with a Target. There is also a Steak n Shake basically in the parking lot. TV's are on in the breakfast area and coffee is available 24/7 which is great for me since I rarely sleep past 4am. The pool area is fine, but unfortunately no sunshine, so we haven't used it. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and quiet. Nice breakfast included. Easy walk to Gulfstream and Aventura malls. Some homeless people sleeping on bus stop benches once it is dark.
