Business trip.

Pros: Staff is very helpful. breakfast is good.
Usually stay here since I have a showroom close by. Nice small hotel with good breakfast. The rooms are a little dated and could use a refresher. Usually the price is fair for this hotel but for my recent stay, I feel that I overpaid this trip. The staff is very nice which is always nice.

Good service and quality

Pros: It is the standard Garden Inn, so you know what to expect, the room service was very good, the food was excellent.
Cons: The beds creak.. you don't find bed frames with noise anymore. it is annoying.
Location: Miramar is in the suburbs. Plenty to do by car, nothing in walking distance.
The hotel is what you expect from a 3 star hotel. The staff is attentive and efficient, the facilities are good, rooms clean and comfortable. The beds are not very good though, but overall it is a hotel in good condition with good standards. I liked the Neutrogena toiletries.

Nice hotel

Overall the hotel is very nice. The only problem I had was when I was getting ready to shower in the morning the water came out brown. I called the front office and they said this happens occasionally from the plumbing. They apologized for the inconvenience and told me they would give me $20 back on the total price of the room but never did. It's not even about the the money I just thought it was very dirty.

Beautiful, clean and very well located. The staff was professional, helpful and welcoming from check in to check out. The amenities are top notch. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends and family.

We were under the impression that a continental free breakfast was included, but we were charged $15 per plate for the bagels and fruit we got one morning. We didn't make that mistake again. But had to pay for the one expensive bagel plate the did get. The coffee was free at least. But don't ask for more creamers or you get attitude. It was misleading when we booked. ****************************************

Good Hotel

Pros: Nice friendly staff made you feel welcome, easy to find and nice quiet area with easy access to interstate
Stayed here for two nights, staff friendly and helpful, room cleanliness was very good and comfortable bed. The hotel in general is well kept and not tired looking unlike some places.

Scary Christmas

The hotel overall was clean and the staff was very kind. Late Christmas eve there was an issue with the door cards and another guest almost gained entry to out room, it was very unsettling.

Close to a lot of restaurant and shopping centers.

I truly enjoyed my stay. Staff was always polite and available. Housekeeping was great by always providing us with enough towels and soap. Even though it was a busy weekend with plenty of guests; the hotel remain peaceful and quiet.

Nice Hotel, kind of expensive for value

The cost of the hotel was on the expensive side, with no amenties (Such as free internet, or continental breakfast) - Pillows and bed were not as comfortable as the DoubleTree. If you have HHonors, you do have access to internet, but it was very slow. Downstairs restrooms needed to be swept and cleaned. The room was nice, I had plenty of space, and the water pressure was good. Overall it was an okay experience.
