I had contacted the hotel several times before arriving...reserved 3 rooms for 4 nights...wanted them altogether was assured that this was so. (not the case upon arrival) this issue was corrected while checking in.....The staff was awesome...my grandchildren loved the pool...even used the restaurant for appetizers...they were courteous and efficient. bringing them to the patio. beds were comfortable. House keeping was great! no problems no issues We used the hotel for family meetings..10 of us flew down together...( other family flew down)...we all stayed at this hotel...we were all down there for the scattering of my mothers' ashes...it was nice not to worry over our accommodations during the process. Thank You so much!

For the money value, this place was wonderful.

Pros: It was so comfortable, great staff and facilities.
Cons: Nothing noted.
Location: Shopping centers near by.
This place was clean and superb. The staff were great and very easy to deal with.

Lovely out of the way hotel

Lovely quiet hotel. You do need a car as it is not close to anything. We loved it although the sofa bed had a very uncomfortable matress.

My 3 nights stay was ok. It was my first time. I liked having a restaurant in the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's not really within walking distance of restaurants etc so transportation is needed. Even though It said pillow top bed it didn't feel so and I tried adjusting the control for softness but it really didn't work. I would stay here again but I would have to be driving.
