The staff was friendly and professional. Hotel offered great breakfast buffet, room was comfy and tidy.

A place to rest!

Pros: Quiet hotel.
Cons: Assortment of cookies in the Lobby.
Location: Close to chain restaurants, the interstate and shopping...and gas stations.
I needed peace and quiet. The hotel was not difficult to find. It is a quiet hotel, close to the interstate and shopping. Wonderful staff...attentive. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Overall good with some issues

Pros: Clean and well organized. Upgrades were underway and not a problem. Staff was extremely helpful and polite.
Cons: Add a small table and chair. Brighten up the room with higher output light bulbs.
Location: Location was handy to the interstate.
Minor issues: You want to be ecologically positive but there is no towel bars to hang towels from so they get tossed on the floor. You want to save energy but putting low output bulbs in the lights makes it nearly impossible to read in the room. The addition of another chair and a small table would make your rooms much more friendly to use when traveling with a wife that has to either sit on the bed all the time or on the floor. Or as usually happens I sit on the bed or floor. Major issue; The hot water in the room was so hot that after running in the tub for a minute it was not possible to stand in the tub. A small child bumping the water handle by accident could easily become a scald victim. I know I nearly burned myself.

Convenient for our trip

Front desk staff was more than accommodating upon check in. There was a mix up with out room which was quickly fixed, but the lady at check-in gave us 3 breakfast vouchers anyways. The late night front desk employee was very friendly and accommodating as well. There were issues with the printer in the business center so he printed our boarding passes for us from the front desk. I had a general conversation with him bout the area and attractions. He have my daughter some candy from gift shop which one her over. Just a very nice place with very friendly staff.

I had contacted the hotel several times before arriving...reserved 3 rooms for 4 nights...wanted them altogether was assured that this was so. (not the case upon arrival) this issue was corrected while checking in.....The staff was awesome...my grandchildren loved the pool...even used the restaurant for appetizers...they were courteous and efficient. bringing them to the patio. beds were comfortable. House keeping was great! no problems no issues We used the hotel for family meetings..10 of us flew down together...( other family flew down)...we all stayed at this hotel...we were all down there for the scattering of my mothers' ashes...it was nice not to worry over our accommodations during the process. Thank You so much!

Buen hotel, a 20 minutos de Sawgrass Mills. A South Beach tienes como 40 minutos.
