Strange set up for a suite. Not great lighting in the room. No sack breakfast or coffee out front for those leaving early. But thumbs up to staff and shuttle driver, and proximity to airport.

This property is a great value for the money. The free breakfast offered a lot of choices more so than most. The room was in good condition pool and work out. Rooms were in good condition also.

It was just a place to stay the day to not spend 12 hrs at the airport. It was generally nice, considering it was older. Not the greatest area or easiest to overall very comfortable and accommodating

CJ gave excellent customer service in a very hectic time with many people checking in and out at the same time. He was patient with even the most repetitive questions. We arrived early and he made sure we had a room as soon as one came available.

The lobby look up to date but the building/rooms are outdated and old. I feel when you google a nice hotel, you get fooled by how old or new it is. Lobby always looks up to date but the rest is outdated

Wouldn’t recommend for international travellers who won’t have service connected to their phones and will rely on wifi. Maybe best for domestic persons needing a getaway. The free airport shuttle isn’t reliable, they will have you waiting for 2 hours and while thinking they can’t be heard say with attitude that I should’ve just taken an Uber instead of calling multiple times. The staff is extremely rude - talking over you instead of listening, not answering questions and the lady was screaming over me every chance I tried to speak repeating the same things. Josh the supervisor or manager is one of the most unprofessional persons I’ve spoken to in my years of travelling. In the midst of me talking he hung up the phone on me because I kept asking him to give me a chance to speak and he wouldn’t. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.
