Close to everything

Pros: Staff,atmosphere,clean,free breakfast and parking
Cons: Perhaps having free dinners also like some hotels
Location: Location was great,short drive to several beaches and shopping
I had originally booked at the Riverside which I thought from pictures was a nice hotel..stayed one night,place was outdated,not clean,room was very cramped and plugs were very few and uneasy to get to

Uncomfortable Room & Unfriendly Staff

Cons: Everything, especially having much friendly staff and accommodations.
Location: The hotel location is good but the Hotel itself sucks. I think it will better if another hotel take over this location from Holiday Inn, it's better.
To begin with, the staff were very unfriendly and not a smile. We could not even get bottled water to drink when requested. The staff indicated to use vending machine and it's only available to members. In this day and age for a bottled water. Water sells for $2.00 a case and Holiday Inn cannot give a bottled water to their customers, unbelievable. The people who stayed in the room next to ours were very noisy and we could not sleep, had to call front desk 1:15 a.m. to request this to stop. Beds were very uncomfortable and did not have a good nights' rest. The breakfast was horrible and could not eat that junk Holiday Inn provides. Room was not cleaned properly and had a smell, the air condition was directly blowing onto the bed and this got me sick. This is the worse experience I ever had in a hotel and I travel quite often. I would never ever recommend this Hotel to anyone and will tell my friends and family to stay away. Holiday Inn will definitely lose our business. I expected much better from this chain of hotels throughout the USA.

Es un buen hotel lo único que las habitaciones ya son muy antiguas y necesita una remodelación. Lo demás todo bien, buen desayuno, buena atención, buena ubicación para ir de compras

Flott hotell for familier

Sentral beliggenhet, en times kjøterur til Miami Beach, og det er kort vei til stort utvalg av shopping og spisesteder. Flott hotell for familier med barn eller større reisefølge.

Love love loooooved this! !!

I will be paying attention to others reviews going foward! This hotel was everything we needed and a little.more. The breakfast was SOOOOOO GOOD and u expected. We were only here for 1 night for an event at Nova University and this hotel was in a good location for the event.

Terrível Hotel

Cons: Acho que teria que trocar os tapetes, mudar a iluminação, dar um jeito de eliminar o cheiro ruim, trocar os travesseiros, trocar o pessoal da limpeza
Location: Efetuei a reserva neste hotel porque um casal de amigos estavam hospedados na região, mas me arrependo profundamente de ter ficado em Phantation.
Péssima localização, bem longe de Ft. Lauderdale, hotel sujo, cheirando mofo, quarto super escuro, só não mudei do hotel porque eles fizeram a venda com o pagamento antecipado e sem devolução do pagamento (acho que eles já fazem isso para que o hospede tenha mesmo que ficar). Não indico nem para um inimigo meu!!!
