This is a very safe place, the parking ramp has security entrance so if its late you feel safe. The staff and rooms outstanding. Overall i definitely recommend it and would stay there again

Very loud traffic and hallway noise. No carpeting in room and floor not mopped. Bed was comfortable, but the box spring or bed frame made odd noises when getting in and out of bed. Old facility. Breakfast was good and they allowed us to check in an hour early.

When we arrived at the property and went to the desk to see if it was possible to check in, knowing that we were early, I was told “no, I’m doing checkouts first”. Which was very understandable. She wasn’t very friendly delivering this message, but it was busy. When the crowd dissipated, I returned to the desk to ask again. Again, in an unfriendly tone, I was told “oh check in isn’t until 1:30-2”. My husband and I went to the sitting area in the lobby and a short while later (before noon) I saw another couple arrive and get checked in. This time my husband went up to inquire about an early check in or a spot to at least leave our bags so we could walk around. She told him she would check us in. She then proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t on the check in list This was news to me. I booked the room through Expedia and I’ve never heard of having to add myself to a check in list upon arrival and it wasn’t mentioned the first two times I went to the desk. The hotel was clean and looked new or newly renovated. However, due to this service we will not be back and I won’t recommend to anyone travelling in this area.

Hotel was good. Pool nice but used their free shuttle service with an untrained driver and were in a serious accident (failed to make a complete stop and we were broadside). Grabbed a taxi after police took our statements and barely made our fight home....

The hotel looked clean and the staff were nice. However, I took a shower and walked around my room for a few minutes before slipping into bed. When I put my feet on the bed I noticed they were filthy dirty. I had just washed them in the shower. The floor must not have been mopped for a long time. That’s not sanitary.

Beautiful property and great with the shuttle to and from the hotel. The staff was smooth with checking in and checking out. Thanks for a great experience although the stay was short would definitely come back. I would recommend having the number available for ride from the airport as the phone kept ringing so I just took an Uber. Yet amazing nice clean property.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early after our flight was canceled. Quick airport pickup and dropoff. Had 4th floor outdoor pool. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. We left before breakfast.

Front desk was hopeless. Poor communication regarding airport shuttle. Had to rely on a person at the airport as to what to do as they had previously stayed there before. We paid for the shuttle to the cruise ship and was given a slip for 11:30 am.However, no shuttle came for this time and they said no it is for 12:30pm. Waited until 12:30pm and the driver says he picks up by room number and we are not on the list. Finally says he will take us but we will have to hold our carryons on our lap. It was a van and we were shoved to the back which had no seatbelts.We had to be on board no later than 2pm.and we made it barely with only 10 minutes to spare as he picked up other passengers along the way.The breakfast was good. Would not stay here again.The front staff were rude and not in the least helpful.

My flight arrived at 11:19 p.m, and when I called to schedule the shuttle pick up, I was told that my room was canceled automatically because they system had attempted to charge my card CC $50. and because the card on file was expired my room automatically canceled. The front desk was absolutely no help, they told me that they didn’t have rooms available. I was left abandoned at the airport with 8 year old child. I WILL NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN, and will be notifying the corporate office.

Perfect spot for an early flight out of FLL. Staff was efficient checking in, not overly friendly but got the job done quickly. Room was clean and had all you needed for a shower, or heating up leftovers or keeping your drinks cold.
