Beds not being made every day, need to let the front desk know about this. Cleaning crew does not stock towels, coffee and coffee cup every day one needs to call the front desk.

This hotel was perfect for our overnight stay. Nothing fancy but the room was clean and everything worked in the room. Breakast was also decent. The staff was courteous as well.

I’m retired and I’ve stayed at Holiday Inns all across the country. This is without a doubt the best Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed in … mattresses were a foot and a half thick with a pillow top and the place was spotless and it has just been fully renovated. It was gorgeous.

Property was nice but a little out of the way. We did not mind that. Staff was super nice and helpful. I was there almost a week ago and the $50 on my credit card is still sitting pending for incidents. Obviously, they should know by now if I damaged or used the dollars. I hope that clears up soon as it’s a pain to keep an eye on that to make sure I’m not charged! I don’t think I’ll stay again due to that! Makes me nervous.

Great Stay for family
When we first got there check in was easy. The clerk at the desk was very friendly. You could tell by the elevator and the carpet walking down the hallways. The place was very clean and well looked after. Great variety of the breakfast bar the next morning. The whole area was clean, well stocked and fresh looking. The woman who was in charge of that area very friendly and very accommodating. You could tell the cleaning this was important and customer service was important to the staff of the hotel because someone who was obviously from the offices or front desk was over there helping keep the tables wiped down and the bar looking organized. Bottom line, we were very impressed with your hotel.

Hotel was recently renovated. It was clean and service and staff did good job. But there were roaches there. I saw around 10 in my room. For over $100 night you wouldn't expect this. Shower was extremely small.

Everyone was very friendly especially the clerk at the front desk. We enjoyed the very nice pool area. We were only there 1 night but the spacious room, fridge and microwave would be very helpful for an extended stay. Breakfast was the same as other Holiday Inn Express. I would definitely stay here again!

Been staying here for a long time. They need to have breakfast start early. Also you should be able to sit in the lobby and not get yelled at thinking you are going to take some breakfast that isn't even set up. They need to not forget who the long term customers are or we'll stop staying.
