I was traveling alone with my 2 young sons and our flight kept getting delayed. We didn’t get to FLL until midnight. I booked HI online and was greeted by Adora, who made my sons and me feel so welcome, cared for and safe. We got a great night’s rest and then able to conquer the rest of journey refreshed.

Very nice hotel and staff. Wish the information stated clearly that you have to call for the shuttle to pick you up at the airport. They do not circulate like the other hotels. Would stay here again

Rooms not ready until 3. I understand that. But was told I would be called when room available. Never got the call, apparently staff turnover miscommunication. No big deal. When finally got in room I answered knock on my door thinking it was room service. My mistake. Young man entered my room and looked around mumbling in foreign language while my wife and I stood there in fear before he left Maybe innocent mistake but got no apology reported incident to staff. No satisfaction was told they would check security camera. Never heard back. Terrible service at the cafe at dinner. I cannot wait to leave this place

The bedroom smelled horribly, like mildew. I realize it’s Florida but it was overwhelming and gave us headaches. We got a room for 4, two queen beds and we only had two towels available. We went to the drink machine by the elevators and all but 1 of the 6 drinks we bought were expired by 6 months. The shower had hair on the walls and bottom of the tub. Luckily we were only there for 9 hours, we would not stay there again.

It was good hotel. Although I had booked a king size bed and they gave me a room with two full size. When I said something about it they said the hotel was booked and did not have any. And because it was a booking through a third party (Expedia) they gave what they had. I guess it doesn’t matter to them. At least I had a room. The light in bathroom kept flickering. Other than that it was good. Clean, nice, safe. Good parking. Everything was good

The property is in a good location with a place to eat, a gas station and an excellent coffee shop right beside it. The property itself is in good shape with nice updates to it. Upon check-in at 3 o’clock the room was not ready and we were told we would have to wait for 5-10 minutes and it would be ready and we could have a seat they would get right back to us. After 30 minutes of waiting I approached the counter and of course the room was ready and nobody decided to let us know. Then the room key machine was not working so we had to be escorted to our room and if we wanted to step out we had to notify the front desk to be let back into our room until after 9 when we finally received our room keys.

Understaffed. Hotel shuttle was difficult to get from airport and passed us at designated pick up area. We had a wheelchair too!! Had to Uber back to the hotel. No apology or offer to discount stay due to broken toilet seat. Front desk does not asnwer phone at night. Restaurant closed on Sundays. Most guests seemed frustrated by long waits at front desk.
