Disappointed

Pros: Free shuttle service
The pictures on the website looks really nice overall place was totally different. It's not what I expected. You get a complimentary breakfast then was told the orange juice was not part of the breakfast. The room was ok the bathroom door won't close the outlets and the lamps didn't work. There was a strange smell that came from the bathroom. I would never use this hotel chain again. Plus it was expensive. didn't get my moneys worth.

I'm a travel agent and I will never recommend

After a trying birthday weekend, I was unable to check into this hotel. But they charged my card. I'm disputing the charges with my bank. I will never ever recommend this hotel and I deal with hundreds of travel agents who work under me. I will boycott all of your properties and I will make sure that none of my travel agent book your properties as well.

the pick up and drop off was the best

Courteous, helpful and friendly staff

Pros: The staff was nice and helpful
Cons: I was very pleased.
Location: There is a buffet at the hotel for 13 dollars. The first day I ate there, the server was great. There is also a Denny's restaurant the other side too
I went to an event in Miami on the 14 of October. It is my second time at this Holiday Inn. The staff was lovely. My husband forgot to bring razors. They were very nice to provide us complimentary razors fro the 2 days we spent there. I called and the staff was nice to help me catch the shuttle. I will definitely go back there.

Hurricane Hideout

Pros: Helpful staff. Management kept food service and other services going for the guests throughout hurricane.
Cons: Selection at breakfast was good, but eggs and pancakes were pretty pedestrian for a non-free breakfast.
Friendly, helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Some renovations going on at the time, but no serious inconvenience to the guests.
