I thought I was booking for the Hollywood Beach Seaside hotel, but apparently the company owns multiple motels in that area. I was given a room at the Swan Motel instead. Ok, no biggie, they're pretty much all the same. Unfortunately, around 10:30 pm, a man tried to climb in my bathroom window! The screws to the window had either been taken out or fallen out. Regardless, as a single, female traveler, it was incredibly terrifying. I called hotel, they did send up a couple of gentleman (10 minutes later) to fix the window and they were very apologetic. They also said they would look at the security footage to see if they could find him. Since I booked through Expedia, I knew they couldn't refund the room, but they certainly could have refunded my parking and "resort fee"! As a single, female traveler, I would never stay there again. However, I would stay at that facility if i had others in my party.

Be weary about parking, it says plenty of parking but that is not true. There is very little parking and they charge you daily for it. Also the rooms are not like the pictures, they have multiple properties on site and rooms are different. At least it was a clean room and right on beach but checking in and the whole parking situation ruined it for us.
