Hotel with good views of the ocean

Posted Apr 12, 2017
Pros: ocean view, clean, comfortable.
Cons: having a complimentary breakfast would be great.
Location: the beach, the broadwalk, restaurants, bars, shops, bike rental
The hotel was clean and comfortable. It has ocean view rooms and a nice pool/deck. It is on a nice part of the broadwalk, not noisy, but easily walkable to bars and restaurants. The beach is right there.

Great location

Posted Apr 6, 2017
Cons: If the room is described as an Intracoastal View, you should be able to see the Intracoastal. Looking at the parking garage is not Intracoastal
Great location. Nice pool with an ocean view. Clean, quiet, easy parking.

Good Location. Not clean.

No daily cleaning or towels. Yet charged $20 day resort fee. Not terrible but not nice.

Good spot on a nice beach

Posted Apr 2, 2017
Great location. Friendly staff. Not an actual hotel, they are time shares. Keep that in mind when booking. No complaints.

Dated time share resort

Posted Mar 26, 2017
This is not a hotel but a dated time share that draws revenue from hotel-type bookings.

They do not provide a cleaning service, however every Wednesday towels can be taken to the pool area to be exchanged for clean ones. The breakfast provided is always the same: eggs, sausage or bacon and juice; could do with some variety. Staff is very friendly for the most part. Right next to the beach, which is perfect. I found the room to be very clean upon my arrival, though there were no pool towels provided, so I had to sign a form at the reception desk to receive some. Wifi was kind of iffy on certain days. Overall would rate 3.5 out of 5.

Bad hotel.

The only good thing was the location. You only get a sheet on your bed, not all elevators were working, everything was grungy.

Great placed now that rennomvated

Posted Mar 1, 2017
Pros: LOCATION, plus pool and garage
Cons: Better mattress on murphy bed
Location: Perfect spot on the beach and close easy access to downtown Hollywood
Great security, great location, would go again. The intercoastal waterway view was a bit disappointing as all we really saw was the parking garage

Not a Hotel

Posted Mar 1, 2017
Pros: It was close to the beach.
Cons: The beds, the pillows, the lobby, the tv.
Location: It's close to the beach.
First, it was very difficult for the cab to find even with the gps. The reception desk was not friendly, only one person working. The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy with foam pillows. There was a minimum staff and difficult to find help with luggage. There were few amenities, for example, no coffee in the room, no restaurant, no bar. You had to ask for pool towels at the front desk. We tried to make the best of the situation and were happy to leave as early as possible the next day. Anyway, there was no place to have breakfast and you had to pay $1.00 for a bad cup of coffee in the lobby.
