The hotel is very clean and a stones throw away from the beach. The hotel has its own parking.

The room was clean but very outdated with damaged furniture and cabinets. We only stayed one night for a cruise so it was perfect for that. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for a whole week vacation though.

Staff is very professional and kind. The place is OK, but it’s you’re going to enjoy being close to everything, this is your place. The rooms are average and kind of dated.

This close to the beach with a reasonable price! The staff was very nice and professional both evening and day shift. It was a safe place. People were very relaxed. Near food and beachfront activities and restaurants on the Main Street and nearby hotels too.

We stayed in room 52, which is a house converted into multiple units at one time. The room was nice since it had windows on three sides, and it’s on the second floor, so no noisy neighbors. But, the window a/c was very loud, as was the ceiling fan. The room it self wasn’t bad, it had a strong odor of perfumed cleaning product, I think. The bathroom was disgusting. A lot of mold, we did not have any shampoo or conditioner, the hand towel was dirty, the two towels and one washcloth was frayed and very thin. I didn’t shower because the shower and tub grossed me out. Went to the office and they gave us shampoo, and were very friendly and apologetic. But, the second evening, we didn’t have any washcloths. So I had to go over and get some. The building and rooms just need a lot of TLC. The redeeming factor was its proximity to the beach and the water taxi and restaurants, and boardwalk. And they do provide a beach chair and towel per person. We stayed two nights. I wouldn’t stay in that unit again. The other ones may be better. It’s a complex of old style motels and one time houses.

About 8 months ago I stayed here and the staff was amazing and my room was clean and looked really nice. I had such a great experience 8 months ago I came back this past week! And it was the same very clean and the staff was amazing. I will be returning again.

The floor needs to be swept more often and needs to be mopped. Our feet were very dirty after getting out of the shower and walking in the room with nothing on your feet.

Not only is it close to the beach, the atmosphere was great. There is a ton of dining options, plus the live music on the beach was incredible. It was like a small outdoor theater and the band covered so many different genre’s of music. The property itself was clean and convenient. We only stayed one night as we were catching a cruise the next day. However it would have been great for a family of four or two couples. It had a stove, fridge, coffee pot, etc. very nice.

This place was great. We had just come off of a cruise and were able to store our luggage here, there was water in the lobby to drink, restrooms to change in, we also had access to the pool, beach towels and beach chairs before check in. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. It is an older building but our room was clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommended. Fantastic location, right by the boardwalk. Will definitely be back.

Great location to the boardwalk. Floors and paint make it look updated but needs a little more homey feel. Kind of empty room feeling. Nice having a twin bed that had another twin bed that pulled out, in addition to the be in the bedroom. However this took place of the couch. Needed more steating besides a bed in the living room. Even with that, I would stay again for the location and price.

I have stayed at Hollywood beach boutique suites many times over the past 5 years and have always had a good experience! This place is clean, convenient to all shopping, 3 min walk to beach. Spacious suites! They provide beach chairs, beach bag with towels at no extra cost. They have a nice pool to cool off in. Very cozy and safe here!! The staff is very nice and accommodating. They also provide parking at a ‘minimum’ fee. All positive vibes here!

This was an awesome place to stay! 1 bock from the main road, and one block the other direction to the beach and boardwalk. The hotel was very clean, slightly dated but all we wanted was a clean safe place to lay our head. Pool area was nice and there was a huge covered patio to enjoy the view, read a book, catch a breeze, or play some games at the tables. Price was very reasonable. I will definitely be going back!

Loved that it was close to the beach! Fantastic location for walking the board walk, going to the beach, lots of restaurants choices close by. Nice pool, although we were only there one night so didn’t use. Rooms a bit dated, furnishings had chipped paint, etc., but good value for what we paid. Bed comfortable. Would stay again. One thing I’d recommend…the front desk staff were efficient but not very friendly…a smile and a “Hope you enjoy your stay” would go a long way.😊

I liked that the room was comfortable, clean, and had certain amenities that were important to me: fridge with freezer, microwave, iron, hair dryer. The location of the hotel was right next to Hollywood Beach, which was super convenient. The only thing I didn’t like was the room being right outside the Main Street, which gave outsiders easy access to anyone going inside (I went alone so safety was a priority to me). There was also a door that was blocked by shelving in the too but I wasn’t sure if anyone had access to me from the other side of the door.
