Pool was totally empty with green rotten water on the bottom, but property advised as pool available. Not even 1 spoon inside the kitchenette cabinets. Plates all dirty with old food particles. Beach nearby covered by sargasso. It’s not a hotel fault, but be aware especially traveling summer time, you can’t go into the water because you just can’t get in and walk through 10 ft of sargasso and it scratching you as well. On top of everything else we were overcharged by hotel $104,50. I booked through Expedia and made a mistake with a dates, I cancelled right away and it suppose to be free cancellation, but hotel never refunded my money for that first reservation. Nobody ever answer the phone calls or emails. I needed to file a dispute with credit card company and went through the hoops (big time!) to prove myself right in this situation, it took me over 2 month to get my money back because hotel was fighting for that money and I don’t understand why??? It clearly stated on Expedia email that cancellation is free and my payment for cancelled reservation should be $0.
Just pure greed!!!
