It feels like a 2 star hotel

The parking is $30 a day, almost dublu then other hotels in the area. The rooms and bathrooms are old. The rooms have carpets and they have a bad odor.

Cons: REPAINT AND CLEAN ROOMS AND ADD NEW RUGS.
Location: OK
ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY - CURTAINS VERY DIRTY, VENTS IN CEILING VERY DIRTY ODOR IN ROOM. LONG HAIR IN TUB AND SINK. WATER IN SHOWER NOT HOT.DOOR IN ROOM WAS A MESS DIRTY AND ALL BANGED UP.THIS ROOM NEEDS TO REFURBISHED. 664 LOBBY LADYSROOM NEEDS A GOOD CLEANING WOODWORK VERY DIRTY.I ASKED THE BELLMEN FOR A BAGGAGE CART AND HIS REPLY WAS I COULD NOT USE IT UNLESS HE WENT WITH ME. WHATS UP WITH THAT? I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTTED.

Convenient hotel close to the port.

This hotel is close to the airport ($20 cab fare) and port ($7 shuttle fare). We were disappointed to learn that other than Quiznos there were no restaurants close by that were off-site. We ended up eating at Pelicans Landing. The food and service was excellent.

Leaves a lot to be desired

Cons: employees dispositions
Due to a long trip we did not get in as planned. I did call the hotel to inform them we would not be arriving till the wee hours of the morning. The call was continuously dropped and the wait time was about 25 minutes to finally speak with a live operator and all this while driving. Ion arrival we were given the room and the first smell is musty when we opened the door. Of course next was the bathroom with the tub itself was dirty and then the shower curtain had hair shavings and soap scum from previous guests on it and the tub its self needed reglazing. the mat was dirty. So disappointed as you would like to shower after driving 16 hours and then we noticed the furniture was dirty also. We slept with our clothes on only to have to leave by 8am. I did complain and Was offered a free breakfast but the bad taste was still in my mouth. No amount of coffee and OJ could was that away!

Room with a view.

Great experience, stayed a couple times before. Breakfast was good, a tad expensive but friendly hostess and attentive wait staff made a difference. No hot water for showers in the morning!

Late check in

Arrived to he hotel at midnight. Room as not properly cleaned. There was garbage in both bins in the room and bathroom, used bars of soap and half empty tubes of shampoo and conditioner. My toddler was in the bathroom showering and pulled out a wad of hair from the drain. The coffee and condiments were not refilled.

Great value

Great weekend stay at Pier 66. Pool area was great and kids had a lot of fun in play areas. Staff was friendly and check in was fast. Highly recommend.

Outdated rooms. Carpets & bathrooms need cleaning

Loved the staff! The room we stayed in was very outdated noisy and had a bunch of old uncomfortable pillows on the bed.

Misleading

This hotel was recommended by a popular site. It's a beautiful hotel and I had no issues with customer service until we checked out. We were told that we could not get our cash deposit back as no cash was available and would not be available until 7 am. Unacceptable!!! We were also informed when we returned that parking was $25/day which was taken out of the deposit. Absolutely disappointed. Shameful and misleading!!
