LAKEDICK,You stayed with us for 30 days with ZERO issues but when told that 30 days is the maximum, you cheated the policy and had your girlfriend check-on, even though we explained the policy a few days prior. I was very polite and professional and even refunded the pre-paid reservation on your day of checkout, though I was not obligated to. What a way to say thanks... Unbelievable!!! PS: I think you forgot a letter in your Expedia name. You will not be returning to the hotel ever. Thanks and have a great day!

I wish I had listen to the reviews... On arrival they put us on the 3rd floor where the hallways smelled like a morgue and the carpets were filthy. The room/ bed was dirty they were hair and black particles all over the bed. I requested a room change which the front desk did without hesitation, the 4th floor hallway was not has dirty in comparison to the 3rd floor, but the beds were worst, stained on the Comforter, makeup stains in the pillow case, I requested pillow cases and bed sheets the front desk said he will bring them up which he never did, I had to use the towels has a shield on top of the pillows. The room smelled like mold, water damage in the bathroom, and dirty bath tub. Breakfast was basic same thing everyday. We stayed there for two nights, I didn't check out early because we arrived closed to midnight and only needed the room for sleep. I regret staying because my daughter has been having a dry cough since the next morning. The Breakfast lady was very nice and polite, she really stand out. There is lots of room for improvement, I am sure management had experienced decent hotels. Just put some love into this place out of respect for people's hard earned money. Someone just need to inspect the room after housekeeping and shampoo the carpets!

Thanks Emelie and I apologize you had issues. I don't understand how this happened, as our linens are all brand new. Our carpets are cleaned constantly but unfortunately, some of the stains will not come out. I appreciate you staying with us for the weekend and that we were able to honor your late checkout, as we were slammed. We offer it when we can and we did come through. Have an excellent week.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was not in use which is understandable but my son was disappointed. He was looking forward to using.

Mike,There were no hot water issues during your stay. I am not sure if it was isolated to your room, which would be unusual but possible. The property in itself was not bad. We had booked the hotel for one night because we were attending a concert. We got back to the hotel around 1245a. As soon as we walked in we started hearing a very loud noise, it was from the other side of the wall right next to our beds. There's was a couple that were being intimate, she was very loud. Over all the couple were at it the rest of the night and morning on and off. We hardly slept, It was very awful and very inconvenient. The walls are really paper thin. So no I will not be staying at this property or related property again. .

The bed need to change its hard as rock it give me a bad back pain i have never recieve before ...looking out the balony from the 5th floor over the pool there are cicratte buds all over .even a moldey towel hanging from the tree horribble sight i thiught it was a bee hive

Turkessa,Thanks and I see you were with us for 4 nights and never mentioned a thing to the staff. We easily could have moved you and see if another mattress was more to your liking. The cigarette butts are an issue on a daily basis, as people refuse to follow the rules. The roof has been cleaned since and constantly has to be done due to unruly guests.

Had a few crawling friends (baby roaches) during my stay, hotel is in urgent need of a overall. After that's done I think it can be a great place to stay.

Carpet in hallway was filthy with dirt pilled up against the walls of the hall. In front of my room door there was a large hole in the carpet showing bare concrete. Kids ran up and down the hall most of the night laughing and screaming. I tried to get them to stop but they continued. I called the front desk and no one answered the phone. The only good thing was the morning breakfast. The young lady that was in charge did an excellent job in preparing the room and making it clean and safe for us who ate breakfast there.

Is a very well located property with a very convenient price, however is not clean, the service just does not exist, is practically self service, not room cleaning every day, is old and very bad condition amenities and room.

Thank Julio and we are older but we are also priced lower than the competitors. The amenities are chosen by Wyndham and we have Dove lotion, shampoo, conditioner and soap. We also provided make-up wipes for guests as well.

This was an unfortunate experience. There were positive things. The staff was nice. The breakfast was good. That was it! This is a depressing and dirty property. There was garbage all over and the room was dirty with broken and hanging shower curtain rod and all wall light fixtures. The police were there one night dealing with domestic violence and it seemed that there were people living at the hotel. I did not feel safe and I don’t think expedia should be promoting this property

Thanks Ladd and just to give you the scoop, guest do not live here and are not allowed to stay past a 30 day timeframe. In fact, they have to leave and may not come back for another 30 days. Unlike many hotels that are afraid to have police presence, we are not. We are super-safe, as we will call them in the drop of a dime. I am retired military and applaud the staff for calling the police, if they remotely think they are needed, as it keeps the guest & staff safe in the long run.

We booked a room with Kingsize bed, when we arrived the room wasn't available. The clerk at the front desk didn't communicate with us at all, the supervisor told us that we could get a Kingsize bed room the next day, which they took care of. The supervisor and staff were very friendly and helpfull, except the young clerk at the front desk. It seems that booking made via a third party doesn't guaranty the room you booked. (this was the explanation of the supervisor).
