I booked the room with a king bed. I slept peacefully. The room was nice and clean. I am upset that i left my juice and soda lol of course my fault but i would definitely stay again if needed.

This property was somewhat clean, although there was mold in our shower. The elevator is very small, slow and sounds quite un mechanically well. The biggest problem was the Air conditioning in our room wasn’t working and there was nothing to be done for it, we also have yet to be reimbursed anything. This room was $236 for the night with no air condition. And supposedly there is never a manger on site or with the ability to return a phone call. Do not stay here!

It’s in a pretty remote area with limited options without a car. The building is older and is in need of some repairs and updating. The breakfast is limited and they ran out of plates and some of the offerings for most days. On the plus side, it has an airport shuttle and the hot tub and pool were good. It’s a low cost alternative to stay in the general area but expect a little less than average conditions.

We flew into FLL. Website advertised free shuttle. We waited 20 mins and valled hotel as shuttles from other hotels were coming frequently.We were told it would come. 25 more mins went by. We took an Uber Arrived at hotel to be told their 2nd driver called out and was also working maintenance in hotel. By that time she was telling callers it would be 4 MORE mins meaning we would have waited 2 hours for shuttle. Halls in hotel full of bags of dirty sheets and towels that were still there the next morning. Hotel Clerk was nice and helped us find dinner delivery at 10 pm as most places on vaca and not open.. Will not stay there again. This was our 2nd stay.

Transportation to cruise terminal is $15pp. Hotel lost sheet for everyone that signed up for transportation to terminal. Breakfast area really small and room not the cleanest.

First we had to call 3 times for a pick up from Airport, that took an hour and 15 minutes, finally he got there and got picked up and he went to pick up others then road around the airport because he forgot someone, we were packed in there like sardines. Got to hotel got check in, hotel room was awful, dirty the AC didn't work right made a noise all night, no food to eat but expensive frozen food. The only good thing was the breakfast I will give that a 3, but for the 281.00 I paid for that stay was not worth it.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The worst check in experience I have ever had. Avoid this hotel at all costs. They didn't have a double room for us, so they attempted to give us a rollaway bed and a dirty room. It had food on the table and the bed was messed up. They then gave us another room. We had to push the rollaway bed ourselves to our new floor and room. The only reason why we stayed was it took over 2 hours to get to this point, it was almost midnight, and we didn't have the rental car yet. Absolutely worst experience. It has made me want to avoid all LaQuinta Inns!!!

The tub was dirty, found a razor cover with hair in the tub, so doesn't seem to have been cleaned. Lights didn't work, extremely noisy, thin walls, heard weird loud noises from the plumbing in the middle of the night. Breakfast did not look good. Gym equipment like 3, rusted. Staff was nice.

We were told the shuttle was free to the port, which it was not! $15.99 per person!! Still booked the shuttle for the next morning when we checked in. When we went to catch the shuttle our party of 6 were not on the list, along with another party of 6. Ended up getting an Uber. VERY DISAPPOINTED

We checked in on Thursday 28th of April 2024 and checked out in the Monday 1st of April 2024 no maid never serviced the room.. and the TV was stocked on one channel. They finally changed our room on the Sunday before we checked out. Room 310 need a new tv.

This property lacked all the usual amenities of a hotel. No housekeeping and when I requested clean towels and the room made up I was told not until day 4. I ended up being handed towels and told to put the garbage in the hall and they would give me new bag. Not what I expected from a wndyham hotel at $250 a night

Was a very disappointing stày. Motel 6 would have been better. Room was tired looking. Couldn’t find the lights with out using flash light on my phone. Switch was by bed. Got 1 thin washcloth , tiny shampoo and 1 little soap.1 cup for coffee. We Asked that our room be serviced. Got back bed unmade, no towels , we were told they only do that every 3 days , that they only empty the trash. No one had been in our room, had to go to desk to get coffe and cups… never again and i will share my experiences … staff didn’t care at all

Brandon was very helpful when arriving to the hotel. He also made sure we had transportation to get to the other destination. Mr. Frank was very friendly and helpful when picking up from the airport. He even offered to drop us off for dinner and come back to pick us up before his shift ended.

I rated the property and staff because I was going to call the front desk with a question but there was no dial tone. I checked and the phone was noit connected, no phone cable and no visible wall jack. When I used my phone to call the front desk and report the problem the desk agent said that was not in his training. Otherwise the room was OK.

I rarely pay $300 for a hotel room but when I do I expect more than poor conditions. I killed a cockroach in the bathroom 5 minutes after arriving. The breakfast is made out of fake disgusting food, for the most part. They touted the eggs and sausage, but the eggs were either very watered down or maybe made from powdered eggs. The sausage didn't look like any sausage patty that I've ever seen - it didn't look like meat. I tried one bite and no. Maybe it was vegan? We booked a king bed room with a sleeper couch. We paid for three adults. You'd think that would prompt someone to make up the sleeper couch, but no. We called several times downstairs but there was no answer, around 1130 pm. I finally went downstairs to the front desk and got someone to give me some sheets, but they said that I had to make up the bed - of course. The hotel is at least 6 stories and it has one old, small, very slow elevator. The shuttle drivers were both professional, kind and friendly. One front desk clerk, Jaye, seemed nice, but that's about all that I can say except that I'm glad that it was just one night!

It was good for what we needed. Just a night stay before moving on to the cruise port the next morning. The room was fine. The service was fine. The driver of the shuttle was excellent. The breakfast was good. It was an average stay. We would go back for the same kind of stay.

Everything was wonderful except the breakfast. More than one item of fruit needs to be available and a better selection of quality meat, eggs, and syrups needs to be provided. However, my overall stay was indeed good! A very clean and safe environment. Good smells throughout the hallways, pleasant staff and clean linen and towels and warm customer service!

Hotel gave away our suite that was prebooked and prepaid at least a month in advance. They would not offer us a solution. After persisting that we need a solution and that they could not turn us out on the street they offered us a room with one king size bed for 4 adults to sleep in and thought this was reasonable. They would not provide us with a room each unless we paid for them. We had a suite booked and paid for but they gave it away. The 2nd night they moved ua into the suite we had booked which had no toiletries or bedding for the pull out couch. We requested bedding. They gave us a matress cover for a blanket and said they had no pillows. The pull out couch was very dirty with springs poking out and garbage underneath it.

This hotel is overdue for an update. Carpets were dirty/stained/sticky, toilets from the 80s with flushing handles on backwards, showers that make you wonder how to not get scalded or frozen and stairways that exit the building and don’t let you back in. This isn’t where you want to be.

Talk about a great location for a hotel. But this place needs to be remodeled badly. Sinking bathtubs, dirty, broken appliances. Had to change rooms. Air conditioning units' barley working; had to hit it for it to work properly.

Kitley the night shift desk person went above and beyond keeping us calm when we realized that my wallet had been left in the Uber. She helped get it back and even offered to make us a waffle since our plane came in way late and we hadn’t eaten since early am. She is a jewel and we were so grateful for her.
