Served the purpose!

I've stayed here before, check in is always great. I will use the young lady at the front desk's first name initial of "T" as Her name. She is always great! Thank you "T". From there it's Just an older place where a refresh beginning this January will be commencing...thank God! After entering my room and unpacking I went to put a Few beverages in the fridge and to my surprise was the previous customers old milk and yogurt with a dirty spoon. Soooo, this kind of sent me Into alert on to how well the room had actually been cleaned after the last customer checked out. What else was missed or skipped to cut corners? Then I get the heeby Jeebies....were the pillow cases changed? Were the sheets changed? Kinda gets me thinking. I'm a person of detail. Hopefully just a simple mistake. I did not like the fact that the T.V. Is on the dresser, which is located on the side of the bed...sore neck having to look sideways to watch the tele. I will not be staying at this location again until after the refresh is complete.

It was ok... near shopping area

Book thru Expedia was aware to pay cash upon checking in.. when arrive the girl at the front desk told me I have to have a credit card whiles I was giving her the cash.. I explain I didn't have a credit card she said I wouldn't be able to stay... keep in mind I already had a long day due to delay of my flight and it's 10pm and I'm just getting a chance to check in. After I was denied the payment of cash of 5 nights my family and I went hotel hunting.. but no luck (because of Easter weekend) I return to the same hotel with intensions to speak with the manager only to find another lady at the front to assist me.. she was pleasant and helped me with my stay.. other than the first rude agent everything would of been ok hotel need to be renovated.

I apologize for the poor service you received. We do require a credit card for incidentals to be authorized in the amount of $75 at this location. You still may pay your room bill with cash if you wish to do so. We are excited to inform you we will be undergoing a renovation this summer. Thank you for your feedback.

Staff friendly, hotel appealing rooms clean beds not too firm, but not too soft just uneven for 2 to sleep in ok for a short stay though

Nice overnight stay very happy with hotel and desk staff. Rooms were clean

Affordable hotel is nice area by mall.

Pros: Staff and Location!
Cons: Furniture was old.
Location: Sawgrass Mills and Broward Mall.
The hotel is in business district area and down the street from the mall. There are plenty of restaurants in this area and is very close to the 595 highway. Also, Sawgrass Mills is only a few exits away and the FLL airport is only like a 10-15 minute drive. The staff was friendly! The only small setback was that the furniture was a little bit outdated and kind of had an old type of smell. .

1 Night Stay

Pros: Staff, and the parking, and it was near Nova Southeastern
Cons: Rooms need updating, sheets felt old
Location: It was easy to get to, near NSU, near grocery store and some other food options and restaurants
This hotel was okay for what I needed which was a 1 night quick stay. It definitely needs some updating. The hotel staff was nice and parking was convenient.

Stay was good, except the air conditioner was very cold, had to turn it off at times, way too cold. Toilet was too low to the floor.

Very nice location. Room was good. Had a cot for our son and it was very squeaky. When we went to take the elevator (we were on the 4th floor) there were tiny ants near the window next to the elevator! Also the elevator was extremely slow and at one point sounded like it was going to break down! The pool area was very pretty and relaxing. The breakfast area was very roomy but wished it was a fuller breakfast (eggs, etc). All in all, I was happy with the overall stay.

Nice Hotel. Close to everything at Fort Lauderdal

Pros: Very clean. Close to everything.
Cons: Fitness equipments
Location: Close to the airport and shopping centers as well
I had a very good experiences. Good please to rest and to stay. Near to the airport and shopping centers. To close to Fort Lauderdale Downtown.
