I don’t want to indicate much negative information for what could have been isolated. Would be best to discuss with property manager. However, the hotel was average and the room concept is a bit dark. The staff were the best part about the stay (friendly and accommodating). Not sure I’d go back anytime soon unless the savings is great compared to other hotels.

The room had a moldy scent. Also when I woke up the first day, my clothes were wet hotels smelt and clean. I had a package delivered and a staff member signed for it. There was proof from my shipping company and yet it was stolen. The manager did not assisted at all, he was so nonchalant as if he didn’t even care he didn’t run the cameras. Had My package was not gonna be delivered there. I would’ve let and rent it elsewhere. I will definitely not associate myself with the La Quinta Inn again, nor will I recommended to any of my people.

Property was very unkept and the pictures on the website is misleading, smelly, i had to change rooms because the water hearter was not working and then the other room pull out bed did not have padding so you are literally sleeping on springs that they did not sympathize with, afterwards i requested to be refunded becuade of the poor facilities and the front desk agent said she could not because only the manager has this ability i ask her to call him she said he is out for the weekend i have to wait until Monday and i said he should be taking emergency calls she said she cant call him and cannot guarantee me a refund so i stayed a tourturing 3 nights. Please do not stay here, the manager said he would have called me back and nothing, i called and he is on lunch i guess we will see. Poorly managed, there is no way that no one at this facility cant make decisions on refunds and tge like if the manager is away and does not want to be bothered on his/her time off.

Waiting for Expedia and the property mgr to call back. The elevator was broken and had to carry luggage up to 4th floor- dog feces in the stairway- people smoking pot in the hallways, random people wandering the halls- our window was broken and left open- the smell in the room was horrible and they sent a msn with a citrus spray. The a/c was squealing and could not call for service because the phone cord was ripped out of the wall. The night staff would not help in anyway and I slept in my vehicle. We left the next morning after talking to Sharnett who was VERY helpful/ SHE should be the manager. Expedia kept me on the phone for over 4 hours with NO resolution. I paid for and booked a different hotel. La quinta is NEVER like this- I would NEVER choose this location again EVER!!!

Sorry for any inconvenience that you may have encountered. Do to unsee circumstance we called the elevator repair guy. Due to the damage to the elevator the repair technician did not have the part in his vehicle. He informed us that it would be up and running the next day it was repaired and back up and running. First, there are 2 La Quinta stays across each orher. Enter this adress in WAZE and you’ll end up in the middle of nowhere. I called the hotel for instructions and after parking and unloading, it was the wrong one. Repack car, drive a short distance and enter this place. To begin, rhe fronr desk lady did not accept 2 of my master cards because she had not heard of them. Had to give her my bank card. Had to lug all my bags up stais because the elevator was broken. The windows in the room were stuck, and remained cracked all night. The AC did not work. There was a party out in the parking lot and due to the uncloseable window, I had to listen to bass music alllllll night. The rug in the room was entirely moist-it was disgusting. PLEASE BEWARE. You’ve been warned. Dont believe me? Room 208, uncloseable window.

This property is the worst I have encountered. I am a flight attendant I sleep in thousands of hotel. I must said this the worse.. expect a lot is happening outside, smoke from lobby dirty carpet, cold water, dirty cover sheet, the wall are patches. I paid for breakfast no area for breakfast I was told no breakfast was there by 7:30 Am. The room are Smoke smelling room. I can go on and on stay away folks don’t get fooled Expedia stop advertising this hotel do not go there.

The room was decent and cleaned, bed and pillows were comfortable and clean, however the property is showing its age and appears old/tired overall. Hallways and lobby do not smell good. The ac unit condensation in the floor above us was dripping into our room next to the window sill, presumably for a while. We were in 309. The staff was helpful.

I was shocked that Wyndham would own a property that is in this bad of shape. It was more then run down. It is filthy and if I would have had any other choice I would not have stayed there. The pictures on the internet must have been taken years ago.

All in all it was a good stay. The breakfast lady was excellent even with big rushes of people all at once. The only complaint we had was the shower never got hot or even warm water. We mentioned it to the front desk and they were going to let property maintenance know

The cover sheet and mattress in the room were filthy with blood on the mattress, and brown stains, skin and hair on the sheets. The rug smelled like urine. The non-slip rubber mat in the tub wasn't clean. I appreciated the Supervisor and staff members at the front desk helping to rectify the situation by swapping out the room. The hotel overall needs a major upgrade. The exterior needs to be powerwashed. The water fountain could stand for repairs. There was hot breakfast served, but I didn't trust to eat it. There is a CVS store conviently in short walking distance across the parking lot and there's a Dunkin' Doughnuts a short 1-3 minutes drive. I normally would not book La Quinta Inn, but it was near the Paris Saint Germain soccer facility. The other reviews did not prepare me for what I would experience upon checking-in. Five-star staffing for a One-star location.

When we arrive and ask to see the room the first thing that stands out the hallways was very dirty. When we get to the room, there was a smell in the room that I could not manage. So I have to cancel and try to find a different hotel. I called the manager the next day and we work it out.

Although I appreciate the early check-in before the 4pm check-in time I did not think the property was safe. The room was ok but could have been cleaned better. The shower head leakes and water sprays from the top if you move the shower head in a different direction. What really got me and my husband was waking up at 1:30am to use the bathroom and i saw a black bug. I killed the sucker with the bath towel, told him about it so he can look at the bug, then I saw another bug and it was a damn cockroach. We left that second and drove to the airport. I have never stayed at such a location before. Im so disgusted and on top of that as we were leaving there were 2 sheriff vehicles outside with a few people watching. Dont know what was going. Dont go there, we circled the parking lot and it did not feel safe to park the car in the side/back lot.

This was a very unpleasant and unprofessional hotel experience! The front desk staff was i’ll-mannered and not accommodating at all. These women have no business being in hospitality. It’s as if we were inconveniencing them the multiple amount of times we had to go to the desk to have our room keys reset. Just about every time we left our room for whatever reason our keys wouldn’t work to get back in. The last lady we dealt with acted like it was our fault while giving nothing but attitude because she had to get off her stool to take two steps to her left to reset them. This property only has the one elevator so there was always a wait to get to and from your room. There was a random piece of equipment left in a our room a ozone machine or something. Kids running up and down on our floor as well as the elevator making a slamming noise all night right next to our room.
