air conditioning a problem

the air conditioner is right above the bed & dripped onto the bed all night. its also super loud! when it kicks on you cant even hear the tv, & u can leave it on all nite for ya know air conditioning but u have to deal with a jet engine sound

Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: room and bathroom size
Location: There were restaurants nearby and stores to shop and a nice movie theatre up the street.
The staff were very nice and pleasant , we felt welcomed. The room wasn't really what I expected as far as comfort, too small for my liking.

Exceeded Expectations

Besides the recent renovations, the staff completely blew me away. I've never felt soooooooooooooo accommodated, it's always nice to be treated with superb service. Will definitely be returning!

Good for shoppers

Booked a room with two double beds but got a king and sofa bed instead,it was four people so it did not work out well.At the end we were given a discounred rate. On the plus side,the hotel is just opposite the Broward mall if shopping is your thing. Breakfast was a bust and we had to go out of the hotel to eat. If you are on a budget, it,s not a bad place but if you want luxury then skip it.

Location was good. Hotel staff pleasing. Hot/Cold mixer in shower requires maintenance.

Nice hotel - recently renovated

Pros: Close to shopping mail
Cons: Non at this time
Location: shopping, food, pool
Check in was smooth, Had no problem though breakfast could be a little better with more variety of food

Although the rooms were updated, my biggest complaint was that our room was never serviced. By the time they showed up (after stopping by the front desk earlier in the day) we had already put the kids to bed for the night.

Pros: The entire atmosphere was exceptional.
Cons: NA
Location: The area is fine,only you need transportation to find someplace to eat.
We enjoyed the hotel immensely. We didn't have any transportation so we couldn't travel around.

Adequate For one night

Pros: Location was convenient to the airport and the price was modest. The staff was all very nice.
Cons: Air conditioner was noisy, beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were small and hard. The breakfast bar was minimal with no one one watching it to keep it clean or refill milk for the cereal. The locks had been removed from the non-lobby exterior doors and lighting in the parking lot was poor.
