This hotel fit my needs. The only thing i would change are the matress of the bed. Otherwise the room was nice! It looked like it was recently redone!

Hotel is an old property

Pros: New attitude and completely remodeled
Cons: Outside grounds and parking lot. Just old
Location: Awesome area. Outdoor mall with-in .5 miles as well as over a dozen casual to nice places to eat
Inside it is brand new. New flooring, furniture, mattresses, attitude and elevator walls. I was very impressed. I usually stay at the Marriot in Weston but there prices went over 120 a night. I found this hotel on Expedia and tried it out. I was very happy. Booked another week. I work in the Miami area 3 days a week. Will stay at this place till January.

Hotel was recently renovated, rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful but could have been more polite. Location was great, close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Very nice since the upgrade!

In recent years, I had option to not stay at this hotel due to horrible smell and a few other reasons. However my opinion has changed and I was pleasantly surprised at the clean fresh smell. The decor and ambiance is like that of a 3 to 4 star hotel. I was definitely pleased and hope that they are able to maintain the look, feel and most importantly fresh air smell!

Close to a TON of malls, shopping. close to 95

Pros: Price, location, free breakfast. lots of shopping options around, including a Target, Dunkin Donuts about 5 minutes away.
Cons: needs a computer and a workout room.
Location: Great location for shopping. Short ride from airport. About a 20 minute ride to Miami
OK, so I know this is a LaQuinta and not the Ritz, but a couple things that are missing at this location that kept me from giving it 5's. First, there is no computer / business area to print out boarding passes or check in for flights. Now this may not be a big deal to some, but it's a pretty common thing to have at a hotel. Second, workout room was closed. Looked like a closet anyway. On the plus side-- bed was very comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was good (and free). Pool was also nice and clean. I am on the fence if I would stay here again, as there is a Hampton Inn and a Marriott across the street which may be better choices. I was on the first floor and was woken up a couple times by people above me. Seemed like there were very few people in the hotel at the time, so not sure why you'd put someone above or below someone else when there seemed to be plenty of rooms available.

Pros: location close to mall
Cons: housekeeping should use some fragrance type cover up until completion
Location: go to hollywood beach
checked in theyre replacing floor so the smell of adhesive is strong Also a/c unit is right above bed & noisy

Hotel is very close to Westfield Broward and many dining options. Overall great location, however the comfort and amenities of the room was not up to standard. Bathroom vanity sink located outside the bathroom and apparently has to double as a kitchen sink as the coffee maker was placed on it. A big turn off for my family and I. As soon as you enter the room the sink is right there in an open space with your beds.

Under construction

We recently stayed at this hotel and when k called the hotel directly they didn't mention they were under construction. I mean serious construction with boxes, tools, equipment laying around everywhere. They were doing tile in the breakfast bar. They still had breakfast but you still had to see the "under construction" workzone. It's also not mentioned on their website. I was pretty disappointed with that since there is no mention on Expedia, their direct website or even when you call the hotel directly.

Great location.

Pros: Location
Cons: Notification of renovations prior to booking.
Location: Mall virtually across the street.
Extensive renovations were going on. Very dusty; strong odors of paint, glue etc.. Elevators were not working; had to walk up & down stairwells that had paper over stairs ( very hazardous) with luggage. The staff on duty was very courteous though. If I was informed of the renovations, would have chosen another hotel!
