We loved the fact that it’s pretty right on the water. Surrounded by great food and people enjoy themselves singing and dancing. Mainly Hispanic music. Drinks are everywhere(at boardwalk prices)There are no real amenities but being on the boardwalk was enough. Will visit again when in the area

I loved the ocean view and the beach, hotel was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and service was excellent. I loved it and the hotel was directly on the beach, Hollywood boardwalk. This was my second time staying there and I will be back soon.

Never would have booked this place if I had known it was under construction! Couldn't relax on the terrace at all or even stay in your room during the day! Don't book it! Was not a relaxing stay at the beach at all!

For a beach vacation this place is perfect. Get groceries and Park the car and just do the beach. I didnt see where beach towels were provided so perhaps ask if you need to bring. Nice little kitchen with fridge , microwave, toaster and dishes/cutlery. Bring your own coffee as it is not provided.

Offices closes at 6 pm so you’d better check in by then. Room was very dated but the location & view was great. It’s right on the boardwalk surrounded by restaurants & bars so it is noisy. Also the property is undergoing renovation/repairs so be prepared for a 6 am wake up call as hammers start up.

Hello Mr. Bryan and thank you for sharing your feedback, i would like to confirm that our office closes at 6 pm and after 6 pm we have a safe and easy self check in set up for our late arrival guests and so far we had a positive feedback about it, i have personally checked the arrival and start time of our general contractors for the days that you were staying and i can confirm that they have never started at 6 am and i believe that part of your feedback might be a simple typo, please let us know if it was not a typo and we will gladly look into this matter further, thank you.

Room information is by the back of the building.No lobby or entrance. No one at a door but phone and key boxes. When you call you are given a code to retrieve key. You go up the outdoor stairs, on the side of building, to second floor where the gate to outdoor patio does not look like the picture advertised and is actually the roof of the restaurant below. Rooms are situated on roof of restaurant facing the broadwalk by beach. Antiquated toaster did not work, had problem with entrance door. The bathroom commode was childs level in height. We only stayed 2 nights instead of three. We were by the beach as advertized.

Dear Ana, thank you for taking your time to write this feedback, we do have phone and key boxes set up on our office door for our after hours late arrival guests and everyone loves it because it is at the same location and it is super fast and easy self check in and so far we only had positive feedbacks about it. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of a square building with a huge terrace and a beautiful view to the ocean and above the restaurants that are on the first floor of the said square building. I would like to apologize for the maintenance issues that you had with entrance door but we have examined it after you checked out and did not find any issues with it. You have never told us about the toaster and if we knew that it failed to work, we would have easily replaced it with new one. Nevertheless I would like to apologize that things did not go as planned or as expected for you but we have never false advertised our property. Thank you.

Great location, just feet to the beach and surf. The rooms were clean. No on-site staff. Rustic and currently under heavy construction. We have 4 in our group and we'll be back. Once they get the handrails and steps back in.

The place is in excellent area, they was remodeling the hotel and they don’t said nothing I went whit. A 5 years old girl and was insecure for her, the room was ok but the restroom was whit mold the shower and sink broke, and is the worst part we spend 75 dollar extra to pay for one of the cars in public spot cause they just permit one car for room, so I was traveling and my husband have he own car so we can not park two cars that’s is not good when we leave at 6 am we saw a lot of empty spot for the hotel but is ok pay 120 night 8 pm until 6 am plus parking in public street

Thank you very much for your feedback, you are right we only provide 1 free parking space per room as parking is very limited and each room has only 1 parking space assigned, as per your extra car on site street parking is 3 per hour. we are sorry that you did not find the rooms clean enough but we always take cleaning responsibly and we do our best when it comes to cleaning. I can assure you that Hollywood beach is one of the safest cities along the Florida coast compared to Miami and Fort Lauderdale, so please let us know if you have any questions or concerns, thanks

Nice location. Under construction with lots of noise and debris in the air. Car was covered in sticky sandy stuff. It was not disclosed. Washer was broke down. It is all upstairs with no elevator and I don’t remember that being disclosed either.

November 2023 - This place is under construction so don't think you are going to relax watching the ocean without an orange fence in the way. They don't offer room service, had to beg to get new towels. Have to use a flight of stairs to get to the room. I wouldn't go there again for the price especially.

It is almost finished by now and we hope that you will give us one more chance and stay with us when it is finished. We do offer room service once a day, but if you have dnd sign we will not offer it .

Love everything about this property but we had a smelly used sponge to use for our dishes. Other than that staff, property, and location was great. I would definitely go back.

A noisy stay
I hardly ever give bad reviews, but just let me say a 2 star hotel in Gaza City would be on par with this hotel. The terrace is being demolished for a remodel but the hotel remains open. It's a dated and old art deco building. I noticed a lot of these type buildings being remodeled or reinforced since the Surfside Condos collapsed. There is a very loud bar next door that cranks the tunes at 8:00 am until midnight every night. I'm just glad to be home so I can get some sleep.

Girls Trip
I always stay here when visiting Hollywood. The room is exceptionally clean. It has a full kitchen that allows me to save money by ordering groceries. The view is priceless! The staff is amazing!

This is our second year staying hear and even with the construction which we knew of in advance, it's clean, convenient location to the Beach, anything you need, restaurants, grocery store, liquor store, souvenirs shops are walking distance. The staff are friendly, and accommodating to the needs of their guests. Laundry facilities are an asset, as well as some beach chairs to use.

The room was clean. However, the balcony was under construction and you had no place to sit and look at the ocean. Also, I’m disabled and use oxygen and all rooms are on a second floor with outside wooden stairs.

Concrete Drilling
This is not a bad review, just a complaint. The hotel was clean and comfortable. However, there was construction being done to the building. There was no alert on the booking. The balcony overlooking the ocean and boardwalk was blocked off. We were woken early in the morning with concrete drilling literally on the wall of our room. If we were staying longer than one night I've would have been highly upset. I understand buildings need to be maintained and repaired sometimes but we should have been alerted that was going on before we booked a non-refundable room!
