Upgrade Bedding and Mattress

We love to stay at this Sheraton Suites location. We have always had a great experience. The entire staff is professional and friendly. One of the exceptional employees who went over and beyond with great customer service is Marie Bois. However, the bed and pillows needs to be more firm, they are too soft to the point where it causes back pain issues. The other issue is the hotel needs to always check that the ice machine on each floor works properly. We went to (5) floors which were all out of ice.

Worst service ever!!!!!

I asked for a wake up call and did not receive that call that I almost missed the flight with my wife and two kids. I complained at the front desk and asked to speak with the manager who was not available then. I left my name and phone number and they gave me his card in case I do not hear from him. When I did not hear back from him I called several times and left few more messages at the front desk also left voice mail in his cell phone. I waited for 2 weeks to give him the benefit of the doubt but he never called. This is the worst service I have ever received in any hotel and this hotel should not be even 2 start let alone 4 star and 0 star for the manager. I do not recommend this poorly managed hotel to anyone.
