Worst service ever!!!!!

I asked for a wake up call and did not receive that call that I almost missed the flight with my wife and two kids. I complained at the front desk and asked to speak with the manager who was not available then. I left my name and phone number and they gave me his card in case I do not hear from him. When I did not hear back from him I called several times and left few more messages at the front desk also left voice mail in his cell phone. I waited for 2 weeks to give him the benefit of the doubt but he never called. This is the worst service I have ever received in any hotel and this hotel should not be even 2 start let alone 4 star and 0 star for the manager. I do not recommend this poorly managed hotel to anyone.

Rude housekeeping staff

I asked for two additional coffee packs and the housekeeper got mad and lectured me about how expensive they are and she's only allowed to provide what's in the room. Then she gave me the two coffee packs.

Nice hotel

Nice place. Disappointed that they charged guests to park in their lot over night. I would think for the price, paying guests should be able to park for free while staying at the hotel.
