OK hotel near airport and cruise terminal

Pros: Complimentary shuttle to cruise terminal
Cons: Needs major upgrades
Location: Did not explore surroundings. There is a McDonalds and Taco Bell next door.
Stayed overnight before cruise next day. Hotel was okay but not worth the price. Room did not have enough electrical outlets to charge multiple devices. Breakfast was decent. The best part was the complimentary shuttle to the cruise terminal, but you need to make reservations the night before.

Pros: Convenient, clean and comfortable.
Cons: The possibility of the shuttle transporting a customer to a nearby restaurant e.g. Red Lobster - close to the hotel but quite a distance to walk.
Location: Only had time for shopping. Did not inquire about nearby attractions or how to get there
Friendly staff and had no problems. Grounds and room clean. The nearby shopping is an asset for the hotel's location. For travelling customers, the hotel could consider acquiring a scale to weigh customers luggage. I will be back.

Pros: Clean - truly customer focused staff members
Cons: It is a bit dated....
Staff member Dana Gelman was extremely helpful to us and went out of her way to make our stay better. She made a 2.5 hotel a 5 star experience.

Pros: Close to several fast food restaurants. Friendly staff.
They picked us up at the airport promptly and provided transportation to the cruise terminal the next morning - all included in the price of the room.

Pros: location to the cruiseport and the transportation provided. Breakfast by the pool was nice.
Cons: Cleanliness and repairs in the rooms. Our first room was terrible. When we returned for another night the room was in better condition.
Location: Nothing to do in walking distance. Location is good for those heading out on a cruise.
Rooms need much updating. Walkways were dirty from duck and chicken droppings and not cleaned at all during the 3 days we were there.

Pros: Nice setting for the pool and breakfast area.
Cons: Run down and could do with some updating.
Location: The location was good close to the airport. There were lots of places to eat close to the hotel.
Hotel was convenient. Needs some updating a little run down. The walls are very thin you can hear everything. Noisy at times. Pool and breakfast area was a nice setting. Breakfast was good plenty to choose from.

Wanted a hotel with airport transfer, breakfast included and cruise port transfer and it fit the bill.
