We checked in and the rooms smelled strongly of smoke and funky. Our room had water overflowing from the restroom area to our bedroom carpet. Also security had an issue with making duplicate keys. Lastly, paid a security deposit of $30 per room and still haven't received it in my account over 7 days later!

At Quality, our guest security is a priority, we must follow the guideline in issuing keys. We are a non smoking hotel and have occasionally had guest dismiss that rule.
