Pros: Nothing! everything is horrible.
Cons: You need to renovate your hotel, be customer friendly if not i would suggest to stop hotel business.
Location: Location was good
I would suggest to stay from this hotel if you are especially traveling with family. 1. Hotel staff is horrible and they respond to you only if you ask any questions. 2. Rooms are very old and not comfortable. 3. Mainly filled with cruise people. 4. You have to go with all family members to breakfast at once which is ridiculous that too when you are going with family kids feel hungry while others getting ready and you can't take them!!! also you need to wait for some waiter to come and show you some table to join. Why? anyway its buffet so we could grab whatever we want and eat at place where it is available. also we can't take any food to room because when you have kids, you might need food for them before they really get ready. 5. Family next to my room were fighting and they were hitting the walls, doors which was really scary and annoying.

Not a good place.

Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: They need to do some major renovation to the rooms.
Location: Not much at all.
The carpet was stained and smelly. The bathroom was dirty, the floor sticky, the shower head kept falling down. The drawers were dirty inside. Never took my clothes out of the suitcase. The safe had no door so had to keep all my valuables with me when I went out. No refrigerator in the rooms. Will NEVER go back there. Breakfast was not that tasty either.

The room, the carpet, the bathroom was dirty, the employees were really nice. The food wasn't good. But I'd be willing to try it again if they'd fix those details.

Old in Ft. Lauderdale

I expected upgrades since this is now a Wyndam hotel. There have been no changes. The lobby and restaurant are well kept. However, the rooms are not. The bathroom walls were dry rotted and the carpets smelled bad. I would not do this hotel again unless I had no other options.
