Nice hotel but lack of service

The room was nice but there was a little smell of humidity when entering.
The card key kept disactivating, we had to go back tonthe front desk every time.
When ordering in-room breakfast, the waiter had to come back three times because he jept forgetting items.
The breakfast in the restaurant wasn't good.
