Great location, great staff

Location: Many bars and restaurants nearby with live music. Located on the intercoastal, one block from the ocean.
Cannot beat this location. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests.

Great hotel if you don't mind dated.

Pros: We liked that our kitchen was a full kitchen-- very dated and small; however it had an oven, stove, pots, pans, and utensils. The location was great-- only a block from the beach with areas to exercise and run at a park on A1A. There are 3 restaurants at the hotel and the staff was really nice. We also had a large balcony with views of the ocean on our left and the inner harbor on our right. The room was also very clean and had a walk through closet.
Cons: Dated. VERY dated rooms. It seems like they've updated the downstairs, but the elevators and rooms haven't been updated since the early 90s--aside from a flat screen in the room. The sheets were old and scratchy, but clean without stains.
Location: The location was great-- only a block from the beach, a Walgreens a 3-4 min walk away, Publix up the street. There is a small park on A1A

Stop on the way to the Keys! Rebooked on way back!

Pros: Informative staff, excellent and Restaurant! Gorgeous views ! Great Price! Private Balcony!
Cons: Everything was great ! No complaints! Older hotel but well kept.

Pay a little more and go somewhere else

Staff was friendly but the room wasn't that great. The door to our room would stick so we'd have to shove our bodies against the door to open it.. The beds, pillows, sheets and blankets weren't very comfortable either. The advertisement pictures make it look so cute, but it hasn't been kept up. For 130$ a night, I expected a little more. The positive is that is super close to the beach so easy to walk to.

Fifth stay and what happened?

Pros: Staff was pleasant. Room was clean. Hotel was close to our destination. The view is still beautiful.
Cons: Add foam covers on the mattresses. Repair or replace old refrigerators. Check tubs, toilets and sinks monthly for problems which frequently occur.
Location: Due to the reason for our recent visit, we could not enjoy the Beach. However, the restaurants were close and reasonable.
Beds less than comfortable, it was like sleeping on the floor. Small refrigerator sounded like a freight train. Toilet ran continuously. Slept in the chair on the balcony because outdoors was quitter.
