There was nothing good about this. It smelt really bad, bad furniture that was broken down, and there were bugs all over the room. I would've preferred to sleep in my car rental than the hotel

The price was good but you get what you pay for. The carpets were dirty. There were very few towels. I asked for the room to be cleaned and one bed was made and the other was not. I had to call and ask for new clean towels several times and then only got 2 hand towels. One of those towels had frayed edges. I was at this same hotel last year. The quality has decreased significantly since then. UGH. No recommendation. The location is awesome but the hotel is the pits.

I thought based from the pictures this place was great. I was there for 5 days. I had do not disturb for two days I finally got my room cleaned the last night I was there. No wash rags until then my garage was not taken. The tv remote didn’t work until the third day. The elevator scared the crap out of you it sounds like it’s going to fall. I took the stairs the rest of the times. The pool was outside my window. It looked discussing I didn’t even attempt to use it. I saw some kids in it the first few days then on the fourth day it looked like they cleaned it the water actually looked cleaner. I wouldn’t go back there.

I stayed in two separate tooms. No towels were there. No one ever brought any. When I waned to extend I had to check out then check back in. They then sent everyone bites denying the ability to stay due to them having renovations despite my paying for another night. The rooms smell of stale marijuana and the toilette in the second room did not work. The shiwers were rusted and the tv kept shutting off. No one is ever at the front desk and they charge resort feels when motels have better accommodations

It was ok however, we did not like the service when we asked for towels. They had towels for one person at check in and the next day we asked housekeeping for more and they said they couldn’t and to call the front desk. Never had that happen before anywhere we have stayed. The hotel is nice in the lobby area our room was in need of a remodeling and painting. There was visible mold in the bathroom.

When we entered out hotel room there was a trash on the floor, headboards torn apart, one bed was broken, shower curtain has NEVER EVER changed and the bottom of it covered in black mold. And the best part of all when my teenage daughter went to take a showed the bathtub was filthy and covers with bugs. But don't take my word for it just look at the pictures.For all of those wonderful things I paid "secret price" of $108.26 and on top of it hotel took my credit card for security deposit and charged me another $107.43. When I complained about our room condition to a front desk clerk - he just ignored me. We drove 18 hours streight and it was 1 a.m. - so we're stayed one night. What a night from HELL!!!

This property was awful! 1st of all it was not clean. There were ants everywhere in our room. I actually had surgery down the road and that's why I picked this hotel but that was a huge mistake!!! They did fire alarms for hours, like extremely loud sirens going off in my room, from 8 am to 4 pm every 40 seconds to 2 mins!! I was almost crying because I was in pain and having to listen to this! They wouldn't refund my money or help me out! We even called corporate and they were sooo rude to us!! Then the next day they started AGAIN with the fire alarms! I still don't understand why a hotel would have to do that that long and for 2 days!! Managment argued with us that we knew because there were signs in the lobby but I booked it online and never went into the lobby! On top of everything they didn't have clean towels in my room no towels actually at all! There was loud noises all throughout the night of pipes sounding like they were going to bust and come through the walls! It was such an awful experience!!! I still would like my money back but they are definitely not doing it!!

We walked in and check in and staff was extremely nice, we walked into our 80 degree room with half the headboard missing, a tv with 1 channel and it was in spanish, no towels, no sheets, a window so dirty you could barely see out of it, and the phone didn’t work. We then dropped the AC to a cool temp and went out for a few hours hoping to come back to a cool room and it was warmer than before!! They also told us upon check in that there was a $50 security deposit that would be put back on my card when we checked out, and then when we checked out she told us that was false and it would actually be 5 business days. Staff very nice and accomadating but I’m sorry I do not recommend this place to anybody.

I'm not sure if this hotel don't have cleaning staff. The front desk floor area was filthy. The elevator disgusting. The headboard is a junk. The walking are towards the pool have shrubs all over the walls have mildew. Kitchen doesn't work. Rooms have no microwave. One cup coffees maker. The cover on the room door fell off. Bathroom only had two towels. The AC was loud as hell couldn't even sleep! The so called balcony was a Joke!

If you are reading this I am hopeful it is before you book. This place is horrible. Rooms are filthy, hallways and common areas are ran down. They left one towel in the room. No wash cloth or floor towel for the sticky floor. If I could have canceled I would have but since it was through hotels.com I was stuck. Parking lot had trash all over and the employees seem lost. The owner of this place should be charged with fraud. This is not a hotel. It’s is a ran down building that could and should be closed down. Paint is peeling, mold on shower walls and the list goes on and on Please don’t book this place

Everything was clean and well maintained! There was a very pretty woman who checked us in and made sure our stay was ok! I had 10 little boys with me for my sons birthday and they made sure to send us extra blankets etc! Best hotel stay thus far! And the pool is beautiful

Considering the price in comparison to other properties in this area, I got what I expected. However, very disappointing in terms of simple amenities. There was no toilet tissue provided in my room and despite calling multiple times for assistance, I never received any. The property needs renovations which seem to be ongoing but my floor has lights out in the corridor, writing on the walls and broken pieces of wall throughout. The room was clean and very large but the bed was incredibly uncomfortable.

After i checked in to the hotel and went to my room i checked my bank card and realized that the guy at the front desk over charged me $550.00 😤. It was a Saturday so i was told that i couldn't get my money back until at least 3 to 5 business days. During check out time which was on a tuesday the girl at the front desk was very rude when i asked to speak to a manager about the over charge. The workout facility barely had anything in it. It was terrible, that was one of the reasons i chose that place because it said it had a workout facility. There wasn't anything to workout with. But besides that the room was ok. I wouldn't refer them to anyone tho.
