Glitzy Los Vegas Style Hotel

Posted Dec 30, 2016
Pros: Great restaurants; fun pool.
Cons: Nice, but overpriced in my view.
Location: Complex sprawls for acres, so it's a long trek even to get off the grounds.
Paid for higher-priced executive room but got standard room with awful view over casino roofs. Hard Rock bar was fun--happy hour 2 for 1 (well) drinks, beer & wine deals. No snacks (at least nights we were there). Best restaurants: Kuro (Japanese/Asian) and Council Oaks (American Seafood/Steak) (ones we tried), excellent food and opulent atmosphere; VERY EXPENSIVE. Put off by The Bol (Asian), little square room. Huge complex spanning acres with stores and other restaurants around the grounds. Picked this hotel because of huge pool complex wrapping around grounds and with water slide. Fun, but pool is 3 1/2 ft deep tops. After one day, had enough of that. Sprawling gambling complex--did none of that. Food Court had nice breakfasts

Nice hotel spacious rooms

Posted Dec 7, 2016
I was happy with the hotel and the really nice spacious room. Great facility with tons going on, lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The only negative is the cigarette smoke from the casino. This is unavoidable so not a huge thing since it is an all casinos. The only problem was the cigarette smoke somehow got up into the rooms and it was not the best experience to wake up to a horrible smell of stale cigarettes in the room. Got home and all my clothes reeked of cigarette smoke! Other than that everything was great

Hello, We certainly understand how the cigarette smoke can be an issue for our non-smokers. We do our best to maintain a freshened environment through air handlers that help to circulate the air. Hopefully you will come back soon.

Pros: the room was awesome. the bed so very cozy. the shower was awesome
Cons: better shops and out side places be open at 4pm
the hotel was great. i did not like the casino because of the smoke. the shops and restaurants we a ghost town. Thursday at 4pm the only out door place to get a drink was hooters the bartender there was awesome. Being a lady i would rather had another option. later we went to do to dinner the option place was still a ghost town. We ended up in the hard rock restaurant. Staphanie the bartender was amazing.

Visiting hotel/casino on the way home from meeting

Posted Nov 28, 2016
Pros: The Vegas type experience (rooms, gaming atmosphere)
Location: Easy to get to from major highways
Arrived around 3:00 pm on a Tuesday and had a perfect check in experience. Pool and outdoor hot tub were excellent. Lots of food options for different types of budgets. Feels like a Vegas strip vibe. Free non alcoholic drinks with play. New slots and $10 blackjack (looked like 8 deck shoe) ,I believe there were some $25 tables with 6 decks and better rules. All blackjacks pay 3:2 which is disappearing from Vegas lower limit games. They also had $15 Baccarat and an upscale high limit area. They have a slot/ craps game where the dice roll inside a dome and you can make typical craps bets. Would love to see live craps and roulette someday. They have an outdoor area with lots of bars/clubs and restaurants. Good time if you are passing through and want to feel like you are in Vegas for an evening.
