Having the suite function is nice. The hotel is older and shows it in spots. The elevators are terribly slow. The water feature in the lobby is attractive but means the lobby tends to be very humid. Probably not bad for the price but certainly leaves much to be desired.

Pros: The room was nice and comfortable
Cons: Breakfast choices for Lounge Access guests
Location: Movie theater and plenty of restaurants
My wife and I stayed a day at this hotel and enjoyed it to the fullest. No complaints.

Location: Didn't like location - but thats not Sheratons fault, just preference. I prefer to be in a more vacation type area, for execs/business its perfect.
Overall nice staff - Tommy, assistant manager, gave me complimentary fruits when I asked him where I could find and after I was told only lounge members get fresh fruit! (how strange! I was willing to pay as well!) Room conditions - overall it was okay, however there were minor things...rust under faucets, shower was clean but again caulking could be re-done in certain areas, carpet outside of room near elevator was dirty, looks like it hasn't been steamed in years. That disappointed me since this was a Sheraton and ive never experienced that. Looks like the owner forgets minor details. Overnight staff - it was 2 AM, 7 week old baby in room with us, didnt want to leave her obviously, went to vending to get water but debit not accepted. Called down, was told house keeping is gone so no one can bring it... that is not my problem, I pay for a hotel for 24 hr service, I was willing to pay for water, but not willing to pay to be told that...owner, hire more staff, or train them how to speak to guests on a retail level, because that could have been said to me, but in a much more pleasant tone, and then I would have come down...but because of that response, it threw me off. finally my wife spoke to her and made it a little bit more clear we weren't coming down, and she came up to give us water.

We only stayed for a Night - thankfully! The Check-in Lady was rather annoyed from checking guests in than welcoming them. The Whirlpool was Not working. The breakfast Buffet was partially empty and Not filled Up again (Even as asked for). The Shower curtain had remainings of The Last visitors Shampoo or Shower gel on it and The faucet was falling apart.. The bed was very comfy, but it was really loud, either we heard guests in The hallways or from The bar or The Train because The Hotel is AT The railway!! Not to be recommended to light sleepers :-(

Rooms were incredibly dusty , finger and palm prints all over the sliding glass door , other than that everything was fine

Unfortunately we had to change rooms. Our original room had mildew growing in bathroom and dust covering A/C vent. The staff was great with accommodating us with a new room. The new room had the same problems but wasn't as bad. We didn't complain again, as we were only staying one night.
