The place was very nice, staff was very helpful. My only camplint was that the spa was not in service. I was looking forward to a nice hot tub. I also should have asked for a room closer to the elevators because my wife has some difficulty getting walking.

I left some things forgotten in the room and called the next day and the very attentive cleaning lady informed me that she had them and sent my brother to pick them up and he returned them, very grateful to that work team, thank you very much

The property was clean, nice staff, room size and privacy was perfect. There are restaurants, shops, movies, mall all within walking distance. Pool was clean, plenty of chairs. Staff was very quick to rectify anything we needed- pool towels, coffee, etc

The rooms are well appointed and large, akin to a jr. The suite. The employees were gracious and welcoming. The facilities and surrounding area was recently renovated there is entertainment and a mall a few steps away from the hotel. All in all I had an amazing time.

Need to have better signage for parking and arrows showing where you come in over by atena building . Also recommend adding a checking in sign right in front of the building . Add some bell hops outside . Update the communication on the website

I really liked this property. From the moment I checked in, Cassandra did her all to make things as comfortable and easy as possible. She especially, but the entire staff, are really exceptional and that alone made it a pleasure to stay there. The rooms are spacious (although a bit dated) and clean. The breakfast (all the food actually) was excellent. Pro tip: the avocado toast for breakfast is delicious. Serving Starbucks in the lobby from 6 am to 3 pm did not hurt my enjoyment either, nor did the modest but sufficient gym. I’ve always liked Sheraton as a brand and this hotel reminded me why: fair value, good on the things that matter, and solid customer service.
