We stayed for two nights , everything was okay. Our last night we were not able to sleep do to a couple arguing which lasted hours. Just a heads up walls are transparent your able to hear.

Had bugs, killed a cockroach as soon as we walked into the bathroom “Available parking” means $18 a night fee One in room ac, mini-split inoperative. Ambient temp was 70, ran all night at 69 and never shut off

The property is in a great location but its trash. Dead cockroach in the fridge, walls and baseboards need to be painted, the bathroom needs work and thats a start. You have to walk a few blocks away to check in and on top of the high rate for what you get they charge $17 service charge, not sure what thats for, and $19 to park in front of their buildings. The location is great and listening to the neighbors having fun at 4am and then sharing the smell of oot as i left ended the stay nicely.

They will charge your bank account $100 on arrival as security deposit to be returned when your leaving but they won’t return it. That’s simple makes them a thief. More so in my case since I only basically spent a night there because check in is after 4 and check out is before 11

Low budget beach getaway
The property is an bit outdated, but a fantastic location. The floors were not very clean, and there weren’t many towels in the room. That being said, the room had a lot of amenities - fridge, microwave, and mini kitchen. For the price, it was a pretty good value.

Booked standard room but gave us dirty little one room, they insisted that's what we booked.They made us upgrade for the larger room ( which we booked ) for 317 US. After "upgrading" to the larger dirty place I took a shower and the water temp changed and burned my feet! Then the stove broke. Had 3 men trying to fix it then was told we had to move again. 3 rooms in 3 days. Bring your Lysol wipes!! You have to ask for kitchen ware. No hangers. This place should be taken off Expedia! I had 2 hr conversation with them and received 200 credit which is not enough! After having to stand at the desk many times I realized that they did this to everyone almost everyone that came through the door was told they could upgrade to what they thought they were going to get in the first place. DO NOT GIVE THEAE CROOKS YOUR MONEY. I swear paying a bit more at a different hotel will actually save you money and a lot of stress !!!

The property is dirty, the signs does not clearly indicate the office which is managed by another company name and locted off-site and was very confusing, no one was available to answer the telephone number listed on the property after 1030pm, resulting in me purchasing another hotel after many attempts and making contact with expedia and having them say that they were unable to reach the hotel too, a very disappointing purchase. I still was charged nonetheless.

Called the day before to ask that I pay in cash. They said no problem , when I arrived they had already charged my credit card. Noisy neighbors upstairs lots of running around . (Get a 2nd floor toom) People in the Courtyard right by my bedroom window, loud talking late at night. I asked them to please be quiet , they ignored me.

The hotel has a good location close to the beach and tourist shops . The check in was painful because there is only one person at the counter checking you in . That person is also responsible for selling items in the store , answering phones , returning towels etc, taking complaints , and making reservations . They are doing the best they can but are under staffed . The beds where comfortable and we only saw one small cockroach.

Ohhh very poor hotel; but okay, it's a two-star, so you get what you pay for :P And just not feeling safe when walking around the hotel at night, as a female. Customer service was atrocious - it was late at night and I was walking alone and having trouble locating the hotel's main office (because all the units are sprawled out and there's not clear signs), and the customer service person was so cold and rude, he just hung up on me. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, and generally things were clean and well-arranged in the room itself.

Roaches Roaches Roaches. DO NOT STAY UNLESS YOUR OK WITH COCKROACHES. We arrived fine, then read sign that says go to main office 2 blocks down the street. When I checked in they gave me keys to a room I didn’t book at a different hotel. When I didn’t accept room they placed me in another room at a different hotel again. Fine, spent the night. Following day saw roaches all over my snacks. There is a roach breeding ground in big crack under bed. Had to seal it with wet toilet paper to be able to sleep there another night… GROSS
